Really engaging from the offset - Great to have a good conversation around the needs and also the financial implications this time around given the current interest rates. Alan listened to everything we had concerns about and came up with a great option. Even then we were able to tweak that to suit even more. Loads of messages through the process making it feel really customer focused and that we were individuals not just another case. Would highly recommend.
