I ordered 4 sets of the "handmade by a lady in the uk" poppies to provide the bees with water. Each poppy is under 2 inches diameter and holds less than 1 teaspoon of water. VERY misleading. A bumblebee is about the same size, yet photos show bees drinking with plenty of space between them; these are nowhere close to the size portrayed.
I am disgusted.
To return, i have to send them to China????? when a sweet old lady made them here in the UK, why do they need to be returned to China???
It seems to me, its just one almighty scam.

Cheap, nasty products that bear no resemblance to that ordered. A refund of £7 was offered on an order of £68!!!! What an insult. Returns are at customers expense (to China) so they have you over a barrel - buyer beware!!!!!

It was very easy to place my order once I'd made my selections... also, their customer service is very accommodating and quick to address any issues with your order

Unfortunately was sent the wrong size of short sleeve shirt but customer service resolved the problem quickly and received correct item

Had a slight fit problem with the cami tanks that was handled quickly and amicably. This tank is so comfortable with wide straps and smooth fabric, and I am looking forward to wearing them under everything in place of a bra! It's going to be a very relaxing summer!

I ordered 2 camisoles with built-in bras. They are too small, so they are sending me larger ones. I am delighted with their responses.

I ordered a couple of tees with built in bras. But I ordered the wrong size. I had no problem getting them replaced for a larger size. I was able to keep them, and I gave them to my sister. The quality seemed to be good.
