Darren the engineer was brilliant in all aspects. He explained everything thoroughly and was tidy and polite. He was very knowledgeable and sympathetic of his surroundings bearing in mind he was in a Care Home for the Elderly. We could not of hoped for a better service.

We've just had Jonathan M from Yo Telecom to install our new phones system. He even went above and beyond to help wall mount our TV to that wall.

We signed up with Yo telecom over 1 year ago. They promised that we would get caller id and we didn’t. They promised they would buy us out of our previous contract and it didn’t happen and we have now been paying for 2 contracts for over a year. Really terrible customer service. Stay away. Choose someone else for your dental practice!!!
