Martyn completed an installation at our dental practice in Hastings, and did an amazing job.
Very polite, friendly and helpful.
I asked quite a lot of questions, and he resolved all of them for me.

Joe form Yo Telecom has been installing the Wi-Fi and telephone systems. Have been very professional and informative with keeping us updated through out the process and offering support and guidance with the phone systems.

Our company has had the new Yo phone system installed. Johnathan was excellent in every way, kind accommodating and professional with a great sense of humour. All question asked he was able to help and kept us updated as he did the install.

We had Geoff our Yo-Telecom installation engineer who installed our complete new system and nothing was a problem for Geoff installed and explained everything with a professional manner ( Good Engineer ) would have him back on site anytime..

We’ve been with Yotelecom, our telephone provider for the past four years, and I couldn't be happier with the service we've received. Recently, we upgraded our telephone system to support the expansion of our dental practice, and the whole process was seamless.

A big shout-out to Liam, the engineer who carried out the installation. He was incredibly diligent and completed the work with hardly any disruption to our day-to-day operations. It was clear that he takes great pride in his work, which is always a breath of fresh air.

Liam also went above and beyond by staying to provide some training to our new receptionist, making sure they were comfortable with the new system. His work ethic and commitment to customer service are truly commendable.
Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable telephone provider.

We have recently moved to the Yo Telecom platform and the changeover has been a breeze. We've been kept up to date every step of the way and the engineer, Geoff, has been amazing at getting us installed and swapped over from our old supplier. This is how easy a switchover should be!

Today we had our new broadband fitted by Yo Telecom. Jamie explained how long the internet would be down for which was 30 seconds whilst he swapped it over to the new Yo Telecom Broadband. He also showed me how to use the pc application which is really going to help our busy estate agent with returning any missed calls.

After becoming a new owner of a bar and bistro i was overwhelmed with all the things that needed organising. However, that all changed when Geoff Shannon helped sort out the businesses phone system and wifi. I’m incredibly grateful for his patience and kindness.

After experiencing really bad customer service from communication suppliers, we opted to go with yo telecom. Geoff Shannon the engineer was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, always answered our calls and made the installation a good experience.
