So here it is another bad review. Ordered on 10th December. Still nothing received. I have given them above the 10-19 business days for “completed delivery” and gone to the bank to reverse the payment. I did receive a Royal Mail tracking number 8 days ago but when you track Royal Mail state that they are still expecting the package. I would suggest that this is a way for YouPup to defend reversing the payment from the bank or to at least delay the process. I will rigorously follow through with the dispute though so bring it on. I can see on previous reviews that YouPup have threatened legal action against a review…. Don’t let that put you off leaving your reviews guys!

Definitely scam. If some says something else they are lying. I ordered on their website in October and have yet to receive my package. The tracking information that I’ve received points to a Covid test delivery with USPS.

Please do not buy from this company. I ordered a hoodie for my daughter for a Christmas Present. The hoodie arrived later than told, the quality of the image is very poor and nothing like advertised and the quality of the hoodie is very very bad. However the main issue is that I ordered an XS and a S arrived. The company have turned round and basically said tough and are not willing to send the correct size. Hopefully my bank will be able to claim the money back from them .

Ordered december 1st, still not there on Jan 9th.
Full-fledged scam, big mistake to buy here.

I wanted to do a present for my partner for Christmas, I’ve order on the 4th of November, the tracking code was giving “processing” for more than 30 days. One day, randomly, I received the package, it was basically the 20th of December. I opened the package and:
- the size was too big, the color was very off, the logo printed was far from what they pictured on their website, the size of it was also a extremely small on a S size that was looking more like a L size. The quality was clearly very very bad, so I was stating the issues claiming a return label and a refund.
I’ve received something like 20 emails writing :” Sorry, we are processing the refund” “Sorry that the size doesn’t fit you, we are sending you the return letter please make sure you return before end of the year” “Sorry to hear, we are processing your refund”.
Story goes that I’ve never received a return label, I’ve never received my refund, THEY BLOCKED ME. I literally just hope my bank will be able to solve this situation against these crazy criminals, I’m looking for a lawyer able to sue those kids so I will also ask for my moral damages. They both blocked me on instagram so I cannot comment the experience, and via email they won’t reply anymore. This is extremely illegal. Any chance that someone informed the police? If I won’t receive my refund I will do everything to find them, even if it means going to China.

Ordered hoody 1st December and it arrived 5th January despite saying it will arrive before Christmas. The hoody is of very cheap quality and not lined (not worth the price - sorry!) the picture of my dog is slightly off centre and it’s no where near as nice as the photos on the website.

My order did take a while to arrive (about a month from ordering in mid November to arriving just after xmas), but I did get it eventually!

The email replies all did seem like stock replies and after reading some other reviews I was worried it was a scam, but I did receive my item in the end.

The embroidery is brilliant and they've really captured the dog's face well. One slight disappointment is that the hoodie isn't lined so it's quite thin and not fluffy on the inside, but overall I'm pleased with how it turned out.

This website is a huge scam, I ordered a month ago and nothing. They do not reply to emails or instagram. They take your money and you can't get it back. Terrible DO NOT ORDER

Its been over a month the order hasnt even processed they keep sending form responses and its a scam.

I read the reviews and feel people are being harsh - you need to send a good photo ( head shot only ), Which I did - it does take about 4 weeks ( longer than I hoped ) When I chased for progress updates I did get them - final product was very good ! If I could do it again I am not sure I would have put my Pets name on it, as the embroidery was good enough for people to know

I provided a review a few days ago as my order had not arrived and it had been nearly a month. I also mentioned how poor the customer service responses were and to date i am still waiting for them to advise. My order has now arrived and it's very poor quality. The jumper is a poor shiny material, the image of the cat is great however the writing makes it look terrible. The letters have not been stitched neatly, it has gaps and does not follow in the same direction. The boarders are also not straight and have been overlapped in some places - as I chose a different colour outline this makes the mess stand out. I have again reached out to the company so hopefully this time I will receive a direct response.

bullshit product, quality of my dog's image is complete shit, it has nothing of the detailed image you see on their instagram and website.
+ it took a month to arrive, while promising 10 to 19 days to arrive.

I should have taken more time to research and read these reviews...I too have had the same experience where I was informed I would receive my order by Xmas and it did not arrive....never again!!

Took 2 months to arrive. Made to believe it's a UK company. Use other companies photos and videos on their socials. Finally came, the material is very poor quality, no tag, 'made in China' on the collar. The embroidery is poor and completely random colours. Do research before you order from here and reconsider.

DO NOT BUY. Order took over a month to arrive, it's printed in China (literally says in the collar of the sweater + does not look hand sewn at all) and looks absolutely nothing like the reference photo. I was so excited to gift this to my partner and now I feel completely embarrassed with it being both late (I ordered it in NOVEMBER) and the quality is so bad. They also got the size wrong as well, ordered a large and they give me extra large.

Ordered Dec 11th. Emailed multiple times get no firm answer on when it would be shipped. I can see from usps I have no packages being delivered in the next 5 days. Asked for refund guess what no refunds. AVOID!!!

Avoid this company - ordered on 30th November. Kept being advised that it would arrive by Christmas. Had an email saying it had left them on Christmas Eve - ie it had been despatched before Christmas even though I would obviously not receive it. However tracking still shows it hasn't been received by Royal Mail.

Not sure if this is a scamming company or they just have really awful business practices and no customer services. There are so many companies out there now doing this kind of product so I would avoid this one and choose a company which has a track record of delivering on time / at all.

Still dubious as to whether the item will ever arrive and will be going to my bank for a charge back to get my money refunded.

I wish I had read the reviews first. Ordered on 30th November and the guidelines for delivery said it would be in time for Xmas . Was told it would be delivered on a 48hr postage via Royal Mail
Indicating it was made in this country. I have now been told by customer services that the parcel has still got 7 days before it leaves China meaning a mid Jan delivery. I won’t hold my breath on the quality I am expecting. Please don’t make my mistake and avoid this company !!!!

The ordering process was easy and my wife loves the end product. Well made and a great likeness of our pooch that my wife adores. One star knocked off as it arrived after Christmas despite being ordered on 30th November and emails from the company were a little confusing. Well worth the wait though

I ordered and custom sweater. After reading the reviews I thought the website was a total scam and tried to cancel my order in which I was told wasn't possible. To my suprise, my seater actually arrived about a month later.

The product was of lower quality than I was led to believe from their Instagram page. It was promoted as a handcrafted good and I was under the impression it was locally made (which would match the high price tag). From the packaging it seems to be an outsourcing job completed via a Chinese company. Not the worst and still quite cute, but not quite worth £50.
