Terrible experience with youpup
Terrible experience with youpup. After getting spammed with their Instagram ads decided to give it a go. Bought a custom jumper for £50 and it arrived with faulty text. To get a refund they refused to cover postage back to China which was £17 so now I'm stuck with a terrible quality faulty item. Don't do it, it's not worth it

This company are scamming people
This company are scamming people, the execution of the product does not match the photos on the website one bit.
The product took a month to arrive and when it did the quality was appalling. They mislead you with heavily detailed, high stitch count images, when in reality the embroidery is extremely inaccurate, gappy and terrible quality. It looks nothing like the photos we supplied.
Additionally the paw embroidery by the cuff we paid extra for is half the size of the one advertised on their website. Furthermore, the size of the pets name is inconsistent on the two sweatshirts we ordered.
I will be contacting Youpup directly for a full refund.
I have reviewed the Citizens Advise website and will be emailing Trading Standards to file a complaint under 'misled selling' of items. The product shown on the website is nothing like the product you receive, and it's clear the company is trying to mislead buyers.
Lastly, this company delete any negative comments about their product on Instagram, again not being transparent with customers.
*RESPONSE TO YOUPUP REPLY* - Hi, there is no function to send photos of the product I received via your website, you can only send a message.
I have repeatedly asked via Instagram for an email address for the company so I can do this, I heard nothing for two days, then literally about 45 minutes ago you replied with one.
I will 100% be sending photos of the product to that email address and reiterating my thoughts here.
My comment reflects the other comments here, the company are misleading customers with the quality of their product. You are deleting comments from Instagram users and not being transparent about your business.
I am completely within my right to challenge you on this. Why aren't you trying to resolve these problems instead of hiding them.

Bought the jumper as a birthday present…
Bought the jumper as a birthday present and they sent me the wrong colour dog. They want to remake but its too late.
Quality is also very poor.
EDIT - you are missing the point - i do not want a replacement, it will arrive too late with it taking 1 month for the first one to arrive.

Terrible scam. They who beautiful pictures of their products and what you receive… no words. I can’t upload any pictures here to show you what they send, but that would speak much better than what I can tell you. Their customer services is no service at all. Do not fall for it!
