This would be zero stars if possible. Sadly I didn’t read the reviews so I join the 70%+ who have given it 1 star!

Order placed on 2nd December and am now outside the delivery of 10-19 days. Busy period or not, it is YouPup’s responsibility to meet the demand and upscale where needed to meet their own claims!

Product has not yet been received and I do not remain hopeful for the quality based from these other comments.

Avoid at all costs.

Item finally arrived, but the quality of the product is shocking.

Poor stitching, the 'pup' resembles nothing like the photo that was submitted. Really blocky and bland and zero detail. Looks like a black splat!

Loose thread and the holes for the 'R' and 'P' are just filled in with thread, when they should be the colour of the jumper!

Now attempting to get a refund. One remains hopeful!

Shocking service, delivery took over a month.

They lie on their website about delivery and money back guarantee

Firstly the hoodie took weeks to arrive.

More importantly the quality is very poor. The image I supplied of my Dog (Barnaby) was obviously not used when they produced the embroiderd the photo.

The example ones used for marketing are much greater and detailed than the one you will evidently receive.

Got a little worried after reading some reviews here… Ordered a hoodie on the 26th of november and it came in the mail the 23rd of December. Quality isn’t too good, but it is a fun gift!

I paid around £60 for a custom hoodie in November so I can have it as an Xmas present, it’s now 23rd of December and the item hasn’t arrived and Royal Mail has been waiting for it for around 5 days now on the tracking number, seems like a scam website

Worst customer service, cheap product, long wait, unpleasant smell.

Ordered on 22 November and still didn’t receive anything…
The tracking info says it’s still in china

I ordered on 27th of november. I got a confirmation mail of my order, but never got a delivery. I send a mail to complain but apparently there's nobody home.

Leider war das Ergebnis nicht zufriedenstellend und sein Geld wert! Mein Hund wurde sehr einfach dargestellt und ohne sichtbare Details aus unserem Foto. Nicht zu vergleichen, mit den beworbenen Arbeiten, die offensichtlich viel aufwändiger Produziert wurden.
Zudem gab es keinen Kontrollabzug vor Produktion, um
auf Fehler oder Wünsche aufmerksam machen zu können. Ich hatte extra darum gebeten und wurde jetzt enttäuscht.
Ein Spiel mit dem Glück weshalb ich vom Kauf abrate!

Unfortunately, the result was not satisfactory and not worth the money! My dog was depicted very simply and without any visible details from our photo. Not comparable to the advertised work, which was obviously produced much more elaborately.
In addition, there was no control print before production to
to be able to point out errors or requests. I had specifically asked for this and was disappointed.
A gamble with luck, which is why I advise against buying it!

No photo-elastic realization, no control view. Not worth the money!

A delivery date promised, but failed. Now going to miss being a Christmas present.

Messaged about delivery and got the most unempathetic response and told it'll be another 2 weeks or so yet, then asked about cancelling order and now radio silence. Paid with a credit card so will need to file claim with credit card for a refund

I never write reviews but I’m so unhappy !! I paid extra for 2 dogs on the sweatshirt. It took weeks to arrive and they’ve only put one on there in the wrong colour! I’ve been trying to get a none automated response but nothing. Weeks ago they said they would send another one but haven’t heard anything of it since. It was supposed to be a present and I’m so unhappy and have lost my money. I just want the correct order I paid for!!!!

Unfortunately I was also the victim of not reading the reviews. I’m waiting now for ages, contacted the Customer Service, but not getting an answer at all.

I’m very disappointed, because this would’ve been a Christmas gift for my daughter, and now have to disappoint her with getting something else.

They say 10/19 days, but it has been way over that, and I can not get in contact with the company. Safe yourself the time and energy, and do not buy anything here.

I am very disappointed in the sweater I got. I payed 90 euros for a scam don’t order there

I order in November for a deliver announced first week of December.

I don't have nothing no order no refund. The package is maybe I say maybe supposed to arrive in 3 days but I'm leaving for 3 weeks for Christmas so you won't be able to deliver it.
Just do the refund and stop stealing people money.

The Products don’t look even close to what they are advertising. Customer service is basically not real/available. You only get pre written massages back - no human interaction. They won’t give you your money back and they won’t tell you the address you can send it back to. They’re not even shipping themselves so that their address is hidden.

Ordered on 25th november, still haven’t received anything. No tracking number, no further updates… Contacted the company, they said it would be send to me very soon this was last week. Very dissapointing, wanted to be on time for Christmas.

Lies!!!! Please beware. I can see several times below that they claim to deliver within 10-19 days 'without exception'. My order was apparently dispatched on 25th Nov which is more than 19 days ago. (I made the order on 8th November!) The tracking link says that the item is still in China! When I emailed the company they suggested I discuss the issue with the UK Royal Mail!!!! As though they can do anything about an item that is in China!!!

November 8th ordered. It’s December 15th now. So I think you are full of bullshit that it never happened.
