Truly amazing service
Truly amazing service. I ordered the Milenco Security Door Lock and received a phone call afterwards to say that their system had overcharged, so they would process a refund. They also said that they were changing the courier because of the ongoing issues with Yodel and they couldn't guarantee a service from them.
All-in-all, a fantastic service and many thanks.

Simple to order and items arrived in good time. I would suggest that the pakaging to the items could be better. My arrived in what looked like a bin bag. However, there was no damage to the items.

Straight Forward Purchase
Following a quick telephone discussion with the caravan shop, so as to check that they were a legitimate company and to confirm the right product choice, I followed up with a purchase online. Product was delivered three or four days later. All good.

Was able to phone and speak to someone!
I couldn't find the part on their website so I phoned and spoke to someone who had impeccable knowledge about caravans. He directed me to where the part was listed on their website. It was so lovely to actually be able to phone and speak to someone :)
I will definitely be using them again.

However you logistics company outsourced to Yodel and took a week to deliver, other things purchased by other companies in same field delivery within two days, I know no one compares to Amazons next day delivery system, but a week in this day and age. Seems a long time
