First time we've left our caravan on site over the winter so we were looking for window locks for our caravan which is of the older age so we were unsure of which ones to buy so we contacted Your caravan shop who were really helpful in choosing the right ones for our caravan so we ordered what we needed and they arrived a day or two later and they fit our windows perfectly so thank you all at Your caravan shop for your help, advice and time.

Exact replacement seals no problems

The replacement seal for the habitation door which appeared to have been shoved into a padded bag, was mostly tangled and the protective cover on the adhesive had come off a lot of the seal causing it to stick to the padded bag.

The the rubber is flexible and the plastic covering the adhesive isn’t flexible, therefore it needed rolling on a tube to keep it in good condition.

It cost £50 for my caravan engineer to fit it. He had to use a hairdryer to soften the adhesive that had been stuck to the packaging. I hope it stays stuck in place.

EDIT.. I later received, free of charge, a replacement seal that had been carefully packed

No problems at all. How we all like it.
