We have just come back from an amazing five day trip to Florence. All the travel was superbly planned and worked well. The hotel was so central we could see the famous dome as we walked out of the hotel. Everything we asked YGA for, they worked out and we are most grateful. Going on your honeymoon is probably the trip that you remember forever and stands out in your holiday memories. We put our honeymoon in the very safe and capable hands of Lewis and the YGA team and they smashed it! We provided our budget, list of things we wanted to see or do and not only did Lewis cater for this, he also thought outside of the box suggesting a 2 hotel stay during our 10 day trip so we could enjoy two different areas of New York! What a brilliant idea, it felt like 2 holidays!
The communication was 5*, we were so happy with how they kept us updated throughout the booking and payment process.
We did have a couple of hiccups during our stay but Lewis and the team were immediately contactable and sorted the issue out then and there, what more can you ask for from a travel company who offers a personal service. That’s why we only book through YGA now! What higher compliment can I give?!

As we wanted to tour Eastern Canada over a 4 week period and we didn’t have the time to organise all the details ourselves, we asked Lewis to organise the details of the flights, car and 14 hotels. Everything went well and we had a great time. Would certainly recommend ‘Great Adventures’.

We used Your Great Adventures to book a family holiday to Hong Kong and Japan. We travelled around and stayed in several places (seven different hotels in total). We also had a number of activities or places we wanted to do and see. Logistically it was quite a complex holiday but Lewis listened and understood what we were looking for and put together a brilliant itinerary that met our ask and more.
The hotels all hit the mark with some surpassing what we expected. All the travel was careful arranged and fitted in with our plans. The airport, train station and hotel transfers were all prompt, clean and friendly. The preplanned activities (those we suggested and those proposed by Lewis) were enjoyed by everyone.
Your Great Adventures put together an amazing holiday for us, taking care of all the logistical planning and hitting the brief (and then some) that I know other travel agents could not offer.

Just returned from a 10 x day trip to Nana Golden Beach in Crete. Trip was booked through Lewis at Your Great Adventures Coggeshall. Had a great time. Beautiful resort. Lewis and his team took all the pressure off and to be fair TUI were great as well. After years of piecing together my own family holidays it was such a luxury to let Lewis & Co do the heavy lifting. Just back from our second holiday booked by Lewis and Jill and definitely won’t be our last. Such great personal service and communication. Having grown up in the era of air B&B and budget airlines it is such a pleasure to have all the administrative stress taken out of booking a holiday. Bring back the travel agent, especially one as brilliant as this!

When looking for a holiday I am used to booking independently using one of the many holiday sites. However this trip we wanted to head somewhere new and the options were overwhelming. Lewis offered advice based off his personal experiences and those of his customers, found a great deal which when I compared was marginally cheaper than booking direct. The travel pack and having someone else take care of the check in just meant less admin for us. Already considering the next holiday and where they can help us again.

I can HIGHLY recommend Lewis at Your Great Adventures. We were recently affected by the wildfires in Rhodes and our holiday was cancelled by Jet2 at the last minute. Lewis (despite being on holiday himself at the time) was regularly in contact and informed us of everything as it happened and often before Jet2 had. He provided us with rebooking options, and we ended up switching our holiday to Gran Canaria.
Despite the refund for our original holiday being processed by Jet2, the new holiday was booked and paid for without any involvement from us and the whole process was stress free. Lewis and Jill handled everything. I can only imagine how it would have turned out had they not been involved. I will always look to book a holiday through Lewis in the future as this has shown the true value of having an agent that knows what they are doing on your side when things go wrong.
The rearranged holiday we ended up going on was amazing and the aftercare and service Lewis provides continued throughout the holiday, from ensuring we had 2 rooms together in the hotel, to following up once we'd landed. I genuinely can’t recommend 'Your Great Adventures' highly enough! They made what could have been a really stressful situation, a total breeze.

From first contact, Lewis was knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. He also picked the most amazing holiday for me and my daughter, he listened and understood my requirements and got it spot on.
From booking to before the holiday, the service and contact was great, receiving a pack full of documents days before. Jill should also get a mention to, she was also helpful.
Travelling and being away from home, I knew reassured that if anything happened I could have called Lewis for support, but I didn't need to.
