Firstly my name is Theresa Chiles but I'm using my daughters trust pilot account.
Totally professional experience. Welcomed and attended to by Riaan Nieuwoudt whom put me at ease and carried out the procedures with dignity. Riaan listened to my concerns and put me at ease. I was extremely worried I may have plaque around my heart as I have high cholesterol however I left feeling all the months of worry had lifted as I have none! The golf course where they are based is easy to find and has a very nice bar/restaurant to boot! I consider it was money well spent to have my mind put at ease. Booking was easy and seamless, email communication was very prompt. Very highly recommended.

Went there for a general check, as I'm getting a bit older now and the NHS really only seem to want check you after you've had an event of some sort. Very professional and knowledgable people, had a ECG & Echo bundle, well worth the price for a bit of re-assurance to know where you are at and whether you need anything looking at BEFORE you might have a problem. Well worth the money and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They spent time to explain everything that they were doing and were happy to explain anything that i wanted to ask about. Great Service, I'll be going back again in a few years for another check-up.

I had a really positive experience from start to finish. From my initial phone call with reception and arranging the appointment, through to seeing Claire for my Echo and ECG and Riaan for my carotid ultrasound, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

Claire was very professional, and I received my results quickly. Riaan was equally excellent. He took the time to explain everything clearly at the end of the session, which I really appreciated, and was very helpful throughout.

Both reports were provided quickly, which made the whole process feel very efficient. I was also advised by Riaan to return in three years for another check-up, which I will do.

Overall, I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them. Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful and friendly, making the whole experience straightforward and reassuring.

I attended the new Leicester clinic last week and honestly couldn’t fault the experience.

From start to finish, the customer service was flawless. From the lovely lady on the phone who helped me choose which scans to book, to the friendly welcome at reception on the day, and then the fabulous Riaan who conducted my scans, every single touch point was excellent.

Riaan was brilliant. He was so friendly, explained everything really clearly and immediately put me at ease. As well as being an incredibly knowledgeable cardiac physiologist, he’s a real people person, which made the whole appointment feel relaxed and comfortable.

He talked me through some of the initial findings on the day and answered all my questions, then I received a really comprehensive follow-up report by email just a few days later.

If you’re looking to get a clear picture of your heart health, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Your Heart Scan. A genuinely fantastic service and such a positive experience from beginning to end.

Results back within a couple of days.
Was on N.H.S. List for these procedures with a waiting time of four months and five months respectively.

I had an echocardiogram today with my wife at Your Heart Scan, and I honestly cannot praise the service highly enough.

From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Everyone was punctual, professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. We felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the whole experience.

A very special thank you to cardiologist Mr Riaan Nieuwoudt. He was absolutely wonderful — highly professional, knowledgeable, kind and reassuring. He made us feel that we were in the best possible hands.

My daughter researched and thankfully found this wonderful company. We attended yesterday (17th August) in order for me to undergo an Echocardiogram. We were welcomed and then taken into the treatment room by Riaan. Before and throughout the procedure Riaan advised me of what was taking place and that I would hear some weird sounds. He was very professional and although he could not discuss the results fully he put my mind at rest that my heart was healthy and I would be able to go through an operation requiring general anaesthetic (cubital tunnel).

I cannot give enough praise to Riaan and his colleagues for the professional service they provide. I thank God that my daughter booked them for the Echocardiogram.

I would certainly recommend to anyone who needs investigations - put your mind at rest and book an appointment.

Very easy to book an appointment for an ecocardiogram. Very pleasant, reassuring staff. The whole process was straightforward and professional.

I chose to book the scan purely as an MOT as a couple of my friends had recently suffered with heart problems and being of a similar age I thought it wise to get checked out too. On arrival I was greeted by Claire. I explained to her why I was there, explained that I was probably wasting her time, said I’d had the odd palpitation, but was also in the gym 5 times a week and said I thought I was in ‘rude health’. Claire reassured me of the scan I was going to have and told me to relax and let her take a look. I lay there for 45 minutes as she carefully scanned my chest. At the end of the scan I turned to Claire and asked ‘is everything ok’? Her reply was you have a slight problem Matt, but nothing to worry about and as this can all be fixed. She explained to me what needed to be done and explained the pathway I should be on. Fast forward 4 months. I’m now 4 weeks post open heart surgery at Glenfield Hospital where they have replaced my aortic valve, aorta and repaired my aortic arch. This silent killer would have never have been detected without the care, expertise and professionalism of Claire and her team. Claire you literally saved my life and I will never be able to repay you! I would implore everyone irrespective if male/female, age, non smoker/smoker, gym bunny or not to get tested asap. Having been in ICU for 3 days and then on a ward for a further 5 days, I know, I’ve witnessed it with my own eyes, patients ranging in age from their early 20’s to octogenarians!! Claire you are my guardian angel. I will always be eternally grateful. Matt Morgan x

Would really recommend your heart scan. From the minute I made an enquiry regarding a heart scan through to receiving the results I felt well informed and reassured. All staff were friendly and informative and made me feel at ease. Got an appointment within a couple of days to fit around my work, received results at the appointment and the full report/ results the next day. Will definitely book again when required and would recommend to anyone who requires this service.

From reception to the scan itself, everyone was very friendly and professional. The scan was straightforward and Claire certainly knows what she's talking about and this gave me confidence that having the scan was worthwhile for piece of mind. I'll have it done every couple of years from now on. Thankyou.

If you’re worried about your heart health, I’d 100% recommend Your Heart Scan Ltd (YHS). It is confusing that there’s many heart scan/diagnostic companies out there but none will be as good as YHS. If you’re not sure about YHS, let me share my experience…from arrival (the young lady welcoming me was lovely…very warm and friendly), through to my scan and discussing findings (Claire was super professional and quickly made me feel at ease) was top class. There was no waiting, I was given simple explanations and was provided good, attentive care. My report will arrive in a few days. This was a high quality, rapid service and it gave me informed insight into my heart health which empowers me about how I manage my health and my life.
