Fantastic service, so helpful. The lady explained to me in so much detail, my results and gave me thorough advice on what changes I needed to make going forward. She explained the heart, how it works and how mine is working in such simple terms. She is so patient, understanding and professional. Me and my wife left the appointment so impressed and so much more knowledgeable. From booking the appointment in the telephone, to receiving a full very detailed report to give to my doctor within a couple of days appointment was Friday 4pm, I received my report on Sunday morning- fantastic service from start to finish. Very efficient. This is the second time I’ve used the company for an ambulatory BP monitor. The equipment arrived within a few days and I was kept informed of progress. The machine is easy to use and return and very affordable.

At the age of 68 and feeling quite healthy, I had been thinking that it would be a good idea to have an Echo/ECG as a benchmark for my future heart health. I also wanted to find out more about an issue that had been noted on a routine ECG several years ago. Visiting my local golf club in Branston for a meal, I was surprised to see that Your Heart Scan was offering this service (and more) right on my doorstep!
I booked an appointment with Claire (there was plenty of availability for different days and times). When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and seen on time. I am prone to a little anxiety but this soon passed as Claire was very kind and respectful and the consultation room was warm and cosy. Claire gave me an idea of what to expect from my results, which I received sooner than expected. I feel reassured by the report but even if it had raised serious concerns, I would prefer to know sooner rather than later. I will continue to stay as well as I can and repeat the tests in about three years. Thank you to Claire and the team at Your Heart Scan.

Ordered the ambulatory monitor and it arrived 48 hours later. Fitting it was easy. Sent it back on the Friday afternoon and received results today, Tuesday afternoon.

The only irritation in the whole process was the amount of text and emails I received asking me to review. About three each day and obviously all prior to getting results and being in a position to review, one even before the monitor arrived.

Reasonably priced Echocardiogram to save me the anxiety of a six week wait on the NHS and a crucial delay waiting for surgery. So easy to book, immediate appointment to suit my needs and an excellent experience. Riaan was kind, respectful and talked me through the whole procedure. Immediate reassurance and a written report within one working day - amazing thank you so much!

Amazing service, I would write a 10 star recommendation and review had this been an option. Claire made me feel heard and at ease throughout the whole process. I would recommend anyone to use Your Heart Scan if you are looking for peace of mind or medical advice regarding your heart.

Had my appointment for carotid scan on saturday with darleen she was very attentive and put me at ease straight away,explained what she was doing and made sure i was ok.The staff are all so welcoming and friendley.

I’ve been struggling to get Relevant Life Cover & Executive Income Protection in place, because my late Mum had cardiomyopathy & I couldn’t prove that it was acquired, not hereditary.
After much toing & froing, the insurers finally confirmed that if I had an echocardiogram & ECG & they were normal, they would offer cover.
With the NHS route being so slow, & other private scan companies proving incredibly expensive (£650 for one provider!), I was incredibly lucky to have Your Heart Scan recommended to me by a friend.
I booked the appointment on Friday afternoon, for the following Monday & couldn’t have been more impressed with the whole process.

Claire carried out my scans & was professional, friendly & very efficient. She talked me through every stage of the process & explained what she was seeing & hearing & what it meant (I have a normal, healthy heart, as expected, but now I can prove it!).

I recently had a carotid scan and cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, welcoming, and very well organised. The location at the golf club is absolutely stunning and immediately sets a relaxing tone.

The room itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and extremely comfortable, which made the experience feel more like a wellness appointment than a medical one. The staff were genuinely friendly and approachable, making me feel at ease straight away.

Daleem was exceptional throughout the appointment. She was extremely conscientious, taking great care to ensure I was comfortable at all times, regularly checking that I was okay, and clearly explaining each part of the process. Her calm and professional manner made the whole scan feel completely stress-free.

Overall, the experience was so relaxing that I could easily have fallen asleep. I would highly recommend this service to anyone — it exceeded my expectations in every way.

Visited today as part of a personal health MOT and for reassurance. I was welcomed by Claire, who carried out my ECG and Echo. The tests were painless and I was reassured all the way through, with everything clearly explained. Claire made me feel at ease, albeit I hoped there were no issues, it was reassuring to have Claire there, as she was very kind. I got to see the images of my heart from different angles. It was fascinating seeing my own heart beating. Luckily it was all fine and no issues identified. I will re-visit again to have updated scans completed, and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the service to friends and family. We travelled from Leicestershire and worth the drive. Thank you Claire for being so kind.

Have been suffering from health anxiety and sadly not getting the answer I wanted via nhs. Felt I needed more answers.
