This is a company with a highly professional approach to customer service and quality of work, and all at a reasonable price. We had an engineer, Joe, with us for a full day, installing a new central heating boiler and flue. Joe's standard of work is of the highest quality, and he paid extra attention to protecting carpets and internal fittings (the boiler is at the top of a 3-story house). Joe also complied with all of the Covid behaviours, and still found time converse. It was a first-rate customer experience... and a pleasure to provide the coffee!!!

I found this company online and after seeing their reviews on Trustpilot, discovered they are very local to me and based in Charminster. Dan in the office talked me through different options and I chose which was best for our needs. Within 24hrs of speaking to 'YourPlumber.UK' I had my new boiler installed for a very good price! There was an option to increase the warranty to 10 years which I took and they included the first two services for free. Drew the engineer who fitted our Gloworm Boiler was extremely polite and was very careful with his surroundings and keeping everything clean and tidy. The installation has been carried out to a high standard and I will certainly be recommending this company to friends and family.

We used James Clarke (07710032048) to fix a leaking shower, to retile the shower floor and unblock a difficult underground pipe. He did a fantastic job efficiently, was always polite and kept us in touch with progress. Anyone would be hard put to find a better plumber and tiler. Derek Elias. Stoke Newington.

First time I’ve used them. Drew and Kathryn we’re both excellent and the whole experience of using them was very reassuring. Fairly priced as well. As a landlord, they’ll have all my gas engineering work.

A plumber was required to track the source of an unexplained leak in property. The source was tracked to the bathroom in the flat above mine and confirmed by the plumbing engineer for Portsmouth area. Photos of the flooding problem were taken and the engineer showed me the ‘evidence’. I may need this because the owner of the flat above is proving to be ‘difficult’ about resulting damage to my property. The engineer was helpful, professional and reassuring. Thank you

Was a challenging boiler replacement and hatch installation; the rockstar plumber Drew (thank you Drew!!) worked non-stop and did a fantastic job. He was also incredibly polite, knowledgeable and an excellent worker.

Having listened to other competing Plumbing vendors, I was a little concerned about the hatches being installed, however - Drew's work was exempliarey - he took great care on his work and blended the hatches seemlessely.

Their online form lets you book if you are outside the coverage area – The site said thank you for your booking, but I didn’t receive a confirmation email.

The next morning still nothing, so I rang to double-check the booking had gone through correctly... a very dismissive staff member said the form wouldn’t have gone anywhere because I was nowhere near their area of operation (no apology whatsoever).

The website looks & feels very “National”, with no mention of locality, and really pushes the online bookings side of things. I believe it’s very unprofessional & misleading to allow people to book online, but not let them know if it hasn’t actually been secured – Especially for something as crucial as plumbing/boiler repair.

I rang Your Plumber on Friday 13th December to ask for a boiler service and repair to a w.c. cistern. I was given a speedy appointment for Monday 15th Dec. Very pleasant plumber Jack arrived, serviced boiler and explained new parts would be required for the toilet and that I would get a phone call from the office. I got the call the day after his visit to say the parts could be obtained, given a quote which I accepted and today Martynn turned up to fix the w.c. - both jobs done with consideration and tidiness. Quote given was kept to. Excellent service thank you.

Excellent thorough boiler service, left my place clean and tidy following. Same company also fitted the boiler itself 2 years ago, highly recommend using them.

Our old boiler broke for the third time so we decided it was time to replace it - with no hot water or heating In November it was not the best timing. My partner called several companies and one company never showed up and another could not commit to helping us within the weeks timeframe. When my partner spoke to “your plumber ltd” last Monday morning they had an engineer out on site within 2 hours to quote they emailed the quote (was was very competitive) within a further two hours and then booked us in for this Monday just gone - they tried to move it earlier and were so helpful as they knew we had no heating or hot water but couldn’t due to bookings & staffing but we felt 5 working days from quote to installation was a really good service. On Monday Drew the gas engineer arrived on time, was courteous, tidy and couldn’t do enough for us. The installation of our new glo worm boiler was completed and we are thrilled..highly recommend this company as totally professional and arrive and action things when they say they will. 5 stars!!
