The alarm has activated a few times now without actually myself falling. It is very sensitive even though I have set the lowest level but at least it works. There are clearly fully manned helpers to listen and speak to through the watch which is comforting.

When I phoned Your Stride everything was explained very easily and I didn't feel pressured to buying.the watch was set up over the phone and it arrived four days later and I have now had it a month and I am very pleased, the one thing I didn't know until the watch arrived and read in the leaflet that if you have a pace maker the watch has to be 15 cm away so I now wear the watch on my right wrist with no problem

The ease to set it all up online was superb. The staff are so friendly, helpful and easy to talk to, if you have a question. This all made the whole experience quite simples 😊. Having had two other fall alert systems this is by far the best. I wear it with confidence knowing that should I need help, someone is always nearby.

A very helpful team of people and a product that does what it purports to do. It’s weightless to wear. You may need specs for the steps counter etc. it is difficult to see the time in bright light but I love it. Much better than my old red disc one. I can go anywhere and it will answer all my needs
