I was suspicious with these tickets being the cheapest, but it was such an easy process, and Tracy is amazing at responding to any queries you have. She explains the process in an easy to understand way. I would 100% recommend this company

Tracy answered emails quickly within 30 minutes to an hour. The prices were great. And collecting the tickets in the park was straightforward. Thank you Tracy you saved us lots of money. We had a great holiday.

100% legit. I was sceptical when seeing how much cheaper they were but reading the reviews I took the leap.
Picked up Universal tickets at Will Call with no issues at all. Booking confirmation also contains a link on how to redeem at the park. Genuinely very grateful as saved quite a lot of money for the exact same product. Thank you

We are going to Florida in December this year when looking for park tickets they were expensive so was told about tracey and the tickets were a lot cheaper and she was very helpful in everything she did emails you right back

The service and experience I got from purchasing firstly Universal studios tickets , but then a few weeks later Sea world tickets was phenomenal they offered the best prices I could find for park tickets but this didn’t mean a lack of customer service. Tracy adds that personal touch and interest in your holiday that makes this business shine and provide a wonderful service. Well done

This was by far the best deal offered. I was sceptical about buying the tickets (Universal Parks) however I took on peoples feedback and how good Tracy was at dealing with any issues. We had a slight issue with our dates which Tracy fixed and then we had an issue when the new website was up and running as we bought from the old one again Tracy sorted it right away. On arrival at Universal, staff were very helpful on how to use the Will Call desk for retrieving your tickets. Overall a simple and great service and will be happy using again in the future.

Tracy is brilliant. So very helpful & responsive, no question is too much trouble and she answers emails so quickly.
Pricing is great, cheapest I could find.

Excellent communication even answering questions before I purchased anything from the site. Tracy is always available to help and the pricing was much more affordable than some of the big competitors - bought my 14 day universal 3 park tickets and collected them at my Universal hotel at check in.

Cheapest around (Orlando Universal Tickets). Same day ticket / email. Super responsive owner/support via Tracy on messenger and phone (called me back as she was busy with another customer - unheard of nowadays). I would not hesitate to use again or recommend. SUPER!

I ordered through Ticket Genie for the first time this year and I would fully recommend them. Tracey was so helpful through the whole process of ordering tickets, paying the tickets. She answered any emails and queries really quick, so helpful. They don’t do discounts but that’s because their prices are very good, they don’t bump up prices to then give you a discount code like other companies. Will definitely be using them again to buy attraction tickets.

Any questions I had prior to travelling were answered quickly and clearly. Was able to get tickets easily from ticket machines outside of Universal Studios. No problems and would happily use this company again. They were the cheapest price for my Universal Orlando tickets

Tracy was amazing at answering questions quickly to enable me to book my tickets through her. She was by far the best price wise and although I was a little worried due to them being a new company she helped put my mind at ease. We used our Universal and Sea World tickets in June 2025 with absolutely no problems.
