Good CS, normal platform with avg job pool
The support team is the highlight of this platform, but the user experience could be improved (a lot) .
Activation timings didn't match the claims on the website, requiring multiple follow-ups on my end.
Additionally, the job pool seems to be restricted to the UK with a high volume of low-pay, on-site roles.
It’s a standard freelance platform, useful for the occasional lead, but not a primary source for "top-tier" opportunities.

Setup Issues
I have only just joined and was having problems with my profile/ seeing any job posts. I messaged the help desk and within less than 24 hours, a solution was identified and implemented. Hasan and Mariah were very helpful. Fingers crossed I now get some work!
