I have emailed I don’t know how many times. I have ordered items for my mother in law on the 11th November it’s now almost a month and no emails to say items have been dispatched.

Made order and got email saying would be informed when sent. Several days passed (run up to xmas) and no message of dispatch

Went online to set up an account to look into it -but 'something went wrong' so you can't set up an account

Go to 'contact us' -but live chat is unavailable (11am on a Thursday)

Go to 'message on X' but you can't message them unless you have a verified account.

Looks like a complete scam or, if not, very very poorly run and very bad to zero customer servies

Like many here.
You order but nothing comes through. They ask you for further information. You ask what info is required and never come back to you.

If you looking to order make sure it's a reply cheap item and also expect the item never to turn up as many items go missing hence my previous review mention staff theft

Incompetence of the highest order.

Ordered 6 days ago.
Still sat at processing.
Nothing dispatched.

What did I expect shopping with such a low level company.

Have asked them to cancel it.
Don’t even care to receive it now.

Pay your workers peanuts , you’ll get monkeys.

I returned an item on the 25th of April item value is around GBP 205.00. I am still waiting for a refund and the customer service is like going around and round giving scripted responses. There is no direct line to contact them or a postal address to write to them. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a gift on 03/01/23 when item was displaying in stock however item did not arrive nor was I told the item was on backorder. I continued to chase until the order was cancelled today by Farhanaaz. A complete waste of time and shocking service! Don't take their word for anything as a number of service agents tried to fob me off saying item would be delivered the following week everytime I chased. Would recommend buying items from a different company.

DO NOT PREORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE CLOWNS @Zaavi - They steal hopes and dreams, the bad reviews are real people.
After waiting over 6 months for a preorder, the order has just been cancelled without any chance of getting another item elsewhere. Ruined my kid’s dream of forming Menasor now, because he is missing the last transformer in the group and all you get from @zaavi is a robotic automated response saying “ We're sorry to inform you that some or all of the items in your order number 456664660 have now been cancelled”. Well that is just great, so what am I supposed to do now that the price of the item has risen 500% on places like eBay.

An order didn’t arrive, so when I reached out to customer service to enquire about a replacement, Natisha responded within minutes and without hesitation offered to send me a replacement! Always wonderful customer service. Highly recommended!

Zavvi has to be the worst website I've ever ordered from, I made a mistake with the address, my bad, but I noticed after 15 mins of ordering, couldn't amend the order, couldn't cancel it, waited a whole month for them to tell me its been returned (shocker) and finally getting a refund, this could have all been sorted day 1 but no they refused to do anything until delivery was attempted to an address that did not exist which they were aware of as I had already told them, more stress than its worth stay away

Ordered an item which was due to be shipped shortly. I got several emails over the next 6 months saying my order was delayed. Around three months ago they emailed me to say the item will never be available. I have never been refunded. They stole my money and don’t reply to any emails.

Be careful guys read the name of the items and compair the pictures . I made the mistake to order an item by the picture without checking the name actually and I received something that I really don't want . And I had to wait for almost a month .I bought two boxes of You Gi Oh cards . In the description it says Legendary Duelist Synchro Storm . And the pictures are From a different Legendary Duelist set which is misleading . The other box on the web site in Kings Court and picture from the actual set are matching . Just a cheap trick to cheat customers unfortunately .

Just wanna share my experience with Zavvi AU, ordered the Lego Porsche 911 for $199.99….they charged my card $205.99 and denied it even after bank screenshots etc. 4 weeks later, they haven't sent it as it is OOS, no communication about this until I messaged 5 times. Asked for a refund and they've refunded $199.99 so im out $6 for the experience! The reviews are true, stay away!

I ordered 5 lego sets on august 1st across 4 different orders I have ordered lots of times from zaavi and had issues in the past that to be fair they have corrected.This time there selling practices have been shocking took my money for orders to only wait over a week for them to be cancelled stating items couldn't be sold at the prices I paid and also some items are out of stock(of which 3 of these items are still available to buy on there website) spoke too there live chat absolute waste of time!!! the sets I purchased are now out of stock everywhere or have gone up in value. I will never purchase from this joke of a company ever again can't be trusted!!!!
