Terrible company

Terrible company will never order from them again! I placed on order early December for a present for my child and never received it. After several messages with no help whatsoever finally got through to Tasha who was able to tell me the item was not even in stock so would probably never get it! She is thankfully refunding me. Will never shop here again

Always have had a great experiance…

Always have had a great experiance ordering from zavvi, this time two of my items have been delayed even though they said they would arrive a couple of days ago, I spoke to Tasha who was really helpful and managed to locate my order for me and let me know what was going on, I look forward to receiving my products soon :)

I was speaking to Tasha today as she was helping me with my order query. Tasha has been very helpful by helping me with downloading a form to fill in and how to send on to her as I'm not tech savvy without her help and guidence I don't think I would have been able to do it. Thank you so much. Her messages were very prompt and very helpful.

Bad experience

Bad experience, Scam company. My wife bought a booster box for magic the gathering modern horizon 2. they sent her 2 times two empty boxes. Stay far away from them!!! Scam company guys!

Always long delays

I rarely use Zaavi, but occasionally I do if they have something I really want. Every time there is long delays on the items being shipped. It seems they never have stock of stuff they advertise.

Avoid!

Probably the worst place I have ever ordered from. Placed an order 10 days ago and I’ve received nothing. I’ve had numerous staff lie to me and say the item is going to be dispatched, they obviously don’t have stock and won’t refund. All they do is lie to try and buy time by saying they have to investigate, they can’t cancel and it’s a joke.

Non existent customer service or…

Non existent customer service or communication.
Tried to order something back in April. No correspondence about it at all, either way. Forgot about it.
Transaction on my card from Zavvi 5 months later that I thought was fraud.
Locked my card, tried contacting Zavvi through their text message service. 36 hours between each reply, asking the same questions about my order details, which I thought was fraud and explained in my first message to them!
Package arrived suddenly, which brought it all back to me. When I asked them how to make a formal complaint about their lack of service they said I couldn’t because I wouldn’t disclose the order details!
Steer clear of them, they’ve cost me so much time and worry, and made me so frustrated.

Don't buy your presents, you'll never receive a response or what you ordered

Ordered some shot glasses from them as a present for a close relative of mine, it was a really important occasion and I was so excited to see them in stock! I ordered them on the 9th May 2021 and in the past Zavvi have been really good for me, delivering super quickly with great quality stuff. But on this occasion I was left very disappointed. Its now August, I have 4 generic and clearly automated response stating that the item is out of stock and on order to the warehouse and they don't have a date for when they will be back in stock. I understand covid has made everything slower and harder to obtain, but 3 months to have stock? Seems a bit ridiculous. I even had an email stating that there was a delay in my order but all orders take 24 hours to be dispatched! And that was a month ago! I've been trying to get the customer service helplines and even twitter page page understand that sending a basic automated response to people does not get them anywhere but all I get is the same automated response about the item being out of stock. Surely a company of this size would have a better stock inventory system that would only sell the stock they have, rather than oversell and disappoint. Don't buy anyone presents from here. You'll never receive it. Don't even bother trying to complain or contact customer service, they don't read your messages and send a basic response.

No order and no reply

I ordered a birthday present for my boyfriend on Zavvi on the 27th June, delivery was supposed to take 4 days (it was still in US on day 4) after about 2 weeks I checked and the tracking didn't work and I hadn't received my order. I got in contact and asked for a refund as the birthday had passed and bought the product elsewhere, but was told they didn't know what happened to the package and I had to wait 30 days from dispatch for a refund. 30 days as a week ago and every time I send a message I get an automated message or someone tells me they're looking into it and I never hear back. The customer service has been terrible and I would not recommend shopping here.

Terrible company if you make your…

Terrible company if you make your purchase from another country. Zavvi sends each item separatly and even thou I clearly says that I want just one package. They also claim that no custom charges will be added since they send the items from within EU. That is nonsens and since they send one package for each item the cost goes up a lot. There are no good deals since you end up paying full price and then some.

With improvement this could be a 5 star service

I hope this is a balanced review as I find Zaavi to be one of my main supplier of goods especially in these difficult times. As an exclusive provider of steelbooks and variety of collectible exclusives at great prices, zaavi cannot be faulted. Perhaps I buy too much from them as on the occasion that items do arrive damaged I find that their returns process lets them down as my app on my Samsung phone cannot upload the photos. This could be a five star service if customer support could resolve this issue by providing a contact email address.

I am awaiting an item which is now a week overdue and if I query it all I get is a standard response apologising for the delay and explaining that it is on the way. They provide no tracking information, no despatch date, no delivery date - in fact no confidence that the item will actually ever arrive!!!! My advice would be to avoid and do not order items for Christmas presents.

Never again

I dont know what possessed me to give this terrible outfit another go. Order 6 shirts. Took 4 weeks for 2 to arrive, although status showed all 6 shipped. Then the run around starts... 3 weeks later, countless emails, I've managed to get 3 of the missing shirts. 1 still to go. 8 weeks into, they are still asking me which shirt is missing, instead of reading the freaking customer service email thread where I've stated it'd 3-4 times! Avoid at all costs, that cheap price really isn't worth the headache. If anything, pay with PayPal so you can raise a dispute through PayPal instead of dealing with Zaavi's joke of a customer service dept.

The worst company I've ever dealt with.....AVOID!

I pre-ordered The Last Jedi weeks ago and it was due released on the 9th of April, it's now a week later, the 16th, and the film still hasn't arrived. Since last Tuesday I asked them numerous times to cancel the order and refund my money and all I got in reply were generic e-mails that ignored my requests. After days of that I received an e-mail saying it had been shipped and a message saying they were unable to cancel my order and I would need to return it.
Yet when I look at my account on Zavvi it's saying that they are processing the cancellation. Compared to Amazon, Zavvi is a joke of a company with the worst customer service I've encountered shopping online.
