Advisor #1 ╰☆☆ Cameron ☆☆╮

On 06/29 I placed an order, there were problems and it has been returned to their warehouses on 2 occasions, thanks to the diligent management of Cameron who very kindly inquired about my case, clarifying every doubt I had about my order, especially regarding that the shipments are being sent with Fedex (before the pandemic it was not like that) also regarding the cancellation of shipments to my country due to the pandemic and other queries I made. His management in my case has been more than excellent, having vast knowledge about each of my doubts, very grateful for his fine attention. ♥

In general, I have never had any complaints about Zavvi's advisors, they are among the best of the online stores I have invoiced, as attentive and helpful as any other portal, at least I have not had the pleasure of knowing another one than this along with the good attention that the Zavvi team gives us.

To conclude, I would advise you to update the information on the list of countries to which you can send and clarify that if you choose Tracked Shipping your package will be sent through Fedex, which we know makes additional charges and we only realize the rate until it reaches the offices of our country.

Tasha was great, the website was not.

Tasha was super helpful and answered all of my questions as well as they could have. However, 5 months after ordered an item on pre-order, I've been told that the item is out of stock and I'll have to wait an indeterminate amount of time for the item to be restocked, and of that restock hope that my order is fulfilled lest me not have to wait until the following restock.

It makes no sense for more people to be able to pre-order an item than what they have accounted stock for as it leaves people waiting months for nothing to come of it. And, this is not the first time this has happened to me when ordering from this site. It also seems point-blank wrong for the site to state a release date (the assumed date your item will be shipped) and not mention anywhere that there could be delays because of stock issues or poor design in the pre-ordering system. For it not to state that there could be further delays to your order anywhere on the site or in any order confirmation emails you receive following the purchase seems frankly ridiculous. If this was Dominoes, I'd be wanting a free pizza by now.

That said, Tasha would receive a 5 star review if it wasn't for the site being so ridiculous.

9 months before an item arrives (and counting…)

Tasha, the girl in customer service was helpful but once again, I have been promised contact after not receiving anything but marketing emails.
I have been waiting for 8 months for an item and have been told today that it’ll be at least 9 before it arrives.
No update, apology or explanation has been received.

Ordered a Scarlet Witch Tiara for my birthday which was delivered to the wrong address by Royal Mail. Tasha was able to issue a replacement for me. Thank you Tasha you have saved my birthday lol

Review of Online Chat service only.

Today I spoke with Tasha via the online chat service and am happy to say she was excellent and very helpful indeed.
Responses using the chat service were quick and I was able to resolve my issue quickly with Tasha.

My service from Zavvi on a whole has not been great, and resolving this issue has been long winded overall, and should not have been necessary in the first place. However I cannot fault Tasha’s help, she was great.

chat service. The person I spoke to was Tasha. Firstly the chat line was very efficient with quick responses.
