I normally hate telephonic communication, but this was quick and easy with a friendly doctor. I wish I could do all my medications through them, had an unpleasant experience with a 15 minute doctor at one of the large practices recently. The follow up prescription arrived promptly too.

The doctor was very friendly and helpful. The whole process was very easy and I got my meds in less than a week.

This is really a good service to the public!, no fuss, do your consultation and get your meds. I have been using the service for almost a year and all is good. Trustworthy people and good service! No issues. Well done to whoever thought of this.

Service worked great. My doctor was right on time and emailed me with a script after the consultation. Much more cost effective than going to the Dr down the road and I will use this service again.

My appointment withthe doctor was okay but it took over a week for my pills to be delivered, which i wasn't told beforehand.

Had a very negative experience where the doctor wasn't able to assist and the support staff refused to give a a refund even after the doctor confirmed they would reimburse me.

Efficient, affordable, helpful, professional!

I made my appointment at 2 in the morning because that is when I realised I needed to consult a doctor. I had my appointment at 10:00 that same morning. I didn't have to drive, wait in a waiting room with other sick people and then drive back. A process that usually takes an hour took me 10 minutes. And then my medication was delivered so no stress of having to wait in line at a pharmacy.

I was reminded of my consultation and had the option of a phone call or Google video call - as a person with anxiety this choice was so helpful. The doctor was professional.

I had an awesome experience using Contro to get treatment for my acne. The whole process was super smooth and the doctor I had my consultation with was great! She was super helpful and gave me advice on what skincare products I should use. Plus the delivery for my medication was on time and the driver was super friendly! 10/10 experience, 100% recommend.
