Beautiful design
Beautiful design, comfort and very quick international delivery. Zespa has some special designs or colours for each collection. I hope the zsp23max will return in the fall/winter collection.

Timeless design and all natural materials. Shoes that last over the years.
The quality of the ZESPA shoes is outstanding. My husband and myself love the timeless design and we have both much more than one pair of ZESPA in our closet.If treated appropiately, they last many years. The main reason for us to buy them is first of all the style and design and second the materials chosen. All natural and leather inside! We live in Germany and order our ZESPA sneakers all online. We know our size and never had to return a single pair. The fit is always reliable. ☺️

Disappointing customer service
Unacceptable customer service for a "luxury" brand. There are no free returns for your orders, so the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to France, which can be quite expensive. Also, the process is unnecessarily complicated with communication via e-mail. I've never experienced something like that for products in this price range. This is disappointing because the product itself seemed to be of high quality.

There are certain brands that you can immediately tell they have a passion for quality and care about their customers. This is one company that that adheres to those qualities. The highest recommendation. I've had 3 pairs of men's shoes and cannot be happier. The style and quality are exceptional. Also I live in the US and received my order in less than a week. That's incredible considering all the the issues with shipping etc. Just seems like a company that cares about what they're doing and in the end that is what matters. Thanks again. I haven't experienced quality with care from a company in quite some time.

We manufacture our shoes in family factories in Portugal, less than 1000 km from our headquarters. This favors the short circuit and slow transportation.
Moreover, our materials are ecological and locally sourced.
For the future, we are working more and more to find recyclable and durable materials.

This is regarding the customer service based out of Aix-en-Provence. That was a great experience: Instead of a simple return they arranged an exchange including a reservation of the other size/pair in the online shop for me. In addition, they provided a step-by-step instruction for the DHL Express return shipment. I am impressed.

Love the shoes design , build and quality are excellent. When I ordered directly from the company though, expected better quality control - not worse.
The 2 pairs of sneakers I purchased both seemed slightly flawed. At this price point, defects are a no no.
Still, great sneakers. I now have 3 pairs total and no regrets..
