Item didn't arrive, then wanted to send it to me again and to have to pay extra charges and refused a refund. Definitely a whiff of a fraud here and a serious case of Caveat Emptor. Will be talking to my bank. Just as a note, too, that I reordered the same item from the Expatshop[dot]co[dot]uk. They were much more on the ball and had it sent to me via air mail, at half the price, and within two weeks.

Scam site. Never received the shipment and they do not reply to emails. Had to do a chargeback to recover my money.

I ordered from Zimseller and they advertised it will be delivered by DHL within 3-7 days but it took 2 months without any form of communication. At this time, I already contacted my bank for possible fraud. Also by the time my items arrived in my country, I had to pay hidden charges that was not communicated earlier, if not DHL refused to deliver to me.

With 76% one star rating, it says it all. Totally agree, I tried them, still waiting for me order or refund. They do not reply to emails, their webchat does not respond. It looks like they are no longer trade. Do not place orders if you don't want to lose your money. Also our credit card got scammed after my purchase. They do not read or respond to reviews, so this is purely to warn people not to buy from them.

Don't buy from this company I have waited more than 2 MONTHS for an order which has not been delivered, zimsellar does not reply to any email, and blocks contact. I am almost £60 out of pocket, but I've learned not to ever buy anything again and I advise other people to avoid them. Very poor customer service.

Wouldn’t give them any stars, ordered from UK and it costs a fortune and never received my parcel. Several emails later and nobody responds.

Shipping prices and product prices not cheap, but delivery arrived quickly as promised and items seem what I ordered. So felt the need to submit this as noticed several complaints by others. I did use the courier (more expensive shipping) option, but delivery experience was very positive.

Bought and paid for and that’s the last I heard. Sent a few emails and was totally ignored. Disgraceful. My money gone. Never again!

They said wait 6 months for your order. So I waited. When it didn't arrive I emailed. Then I emailed again, but this time the email gets a delivery notification failure. I tried again of course. Then I report it to my bank and they say sorry its older than 4 months.... FRAUDULENT COMPANY. RUN.

Ordered a product back in Jan/Feb, was informed there would be a delay in postage. Waited a month, still nothing. Contacted them via email numerous times and nothing.
I then get a discount code sent to me in July, reply to the email with a positive order request, immediately get a response so I ask where my order is from January… No response, emailed a few more times but nothing. Clearly they are dishonest shysters who enjoy ripping the customer off. Stay well away.

Guys these are thieves . Stay away from them. I purchased Portia m product and paid £20 and never received anything. I contacted the Admin by email so many times , no one responded. At your own risk

This is the third time I have ordered Migril tablets, now not available in UK. Each time the tablets have arrived as scheduled and this time 3 days earlier than expected (9 days after ordering). I have always been very happy with the service. Thanks.

There is always some natural trepidation when trying to get medications from overseas. Our previous positive experiences with a Canadian pharmacy service gave us the courage to proceed. In our case, we needed Cyclizine HCl under the name of Marezine, which was discontinued in the US but marketed under the new name of Valoid in the EU, for travel/motion sickness. We placed the order and paid extra for DHL Express delivery. Our CC payment flashed a warning for this unusual overseas purchase from South Africa, but we ignored it. 10 business days go by, and we didn't hear anything. We began communicating via email and started getting lame excuses. Finally, when I requested a refund if they couldn't deliver, the order was tracked down and fulfilled. Altogether, it took about a month to receive our order -- not exactly express delivery but tolerable. It successfully went through customs. Bottom line: it took some firmness on our part and customer service reps of Zimseller doing their part. Oh, BTW, Copilot gave us the name of Zimseller, so we didn't feel the need to check out the previous reviews and TrustPilot until afterwards. Nevertheless, we're happy with the final outcome. I would recommend Zimseller. Just be firm and patient. Good luck and be well!

It took 5 months to get my order. Now I’ve received my product, the contents won’t even exit the bottle. I’ll have to smash the lid to get the contents out. Not ideal at all and a true safety risk. I will not visit this customer again

If I had a choice I will not give any star never received the product and never 👎🏻 had my refund back ……..

I recently purchased an item from your store for £200, believing it to be a genuine Zimmerman piece on sale. However, upon receiving it, I was extremely disappointed to discover that the quality is far from what I expected, and the design appears to be a direct copy of Zimmerman rather than an authentic product.

What’s even more concerning is that your pricing strategy is highly misleading. You have listed high original prices only to mark them down as a “sale,” creating the illusion of a discount when, in reality, the item is neither Zimmerman nor worth the price paid. £200 is not a cheap purchase, and I would not have spent this amount had I known the truth about the product.

I find this practice dishonest and deceptive. Customers trust brands to be transparent about the authenticity and quality of their products, and this experience has left me feeling misled. I request a full refund immediately and expect a response addressing these concerns.

Please let me know how to proceed with returning the item. If this issue is not resolved, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further.
All I can say is to boycott this fake company !!!!!

I’ve ordered Bioplus from Zimseller for years now. The few times there was a mixup with my order (incorrect quantity or product) I’ve had good communication with them and they resolved it politely and efficiently.
Don’t understand where the “scam company” and “crime syndicate” reviews come from. They’re a small company that I’m happy to support.
I’m based in London, and have always received my orders.

Worse company ever con merchants put an order in 12 weeks ago no sign sent emails promised refund got nothing give them a wide berth
