This company should be investigated for fraud,

My order was never received and there has been no response to my queries. It is a scam do not order from them.

This company just scam they just take your money and then don’t reply to your emails scam stay clear

Absolute scam. Ordered Syndol last July and paid for premium post as they said that was all they could offer. Once they received my money (165£/184€) there was no further communication so no Syndol and money is gone. Do NOT use them.

Ordered product in Feb. Paid £46. Goods never arrived. They replied on WhatsApp and promised a refund. WhatsApp account now gone dead and no replies to emails. Despite the odd good report most Trustpilot reviews are negative and they are accused of being scammers.

Ordered meds from them and they are thiefs at the prices, delivery costs are ridiculous and you have to wait so long. I ordered items and after 6 weeks it arrived and half the order was stolen. Contacted Zimseller and never heard back from them after 2 emails. Going to report them now for this as they stealing peoples money went through my bank to get my money back.

Good and quick service

Wish I could give Zero stars. Absolute scammers, playing on people's needs for the old Syndol formula which was the only thing that helps migraine sufferers. No contact, even when on their website and the Chat With Us option pops up. They don't reply to emails. The WhatsApp number listed on their website is also fake. Lost my money and hope others will heed my testimonial along with many others below. Don't think it's a one-off that I didn't receive my package, or that I didn't receive a reply. Read the other reviews below and you'll see that it's a common trait. Wish I'd checked them on Trustpilot before I bought from them. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I paid for an order to be shipped to UK last year. Complete waste of money. Said I could have a credit note.I’m in South Africa until March and asked that the order be sent to my South .African address. Was asked for tel no, gave it and absolutely no contact from them.
Disgraceful. Do not use them!!

I ordered medication not currently available in the UK. Paid extra for the DHL delivery. Medication arrived, with no issues, just over a week later

I ordered Syndol tablets in July 2023 with delivery via SA Post Office up until beginning of November they had still not arrived, after numerous conversations with them, they advised that the problem was the SA post office, Eventually they agreed a refund, which suddenly became a credit note and were adamant that it would have to be a credit note and no refund. What's the point of a Credit Note, still got to get the goods from SA. no refund for postal charges So I eventually agreed a replacement, and have had to pay a further delivery charge by DSV untracked, and it is now the middle of January and still have not received the Syndol. Certainly not a professional outfit.

Scammed! I ordered a skin product in June 2023, it never arrived. I was told it would be delayed due to the SA post office but I think this was a load of waffle. I trusted them and waited, now too late to claim on my visa card charge back, so have lost my money. They ignore most emails. Now reporting them to Trading Standards as they have a UK address. AVOID THIS OUTFIT - SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE

Ordered a product. Nothing received. This is a scam company. Do not order anything. Can someone advise how to get my money back or get these robbers to jail

A bunch of robbers, that’s what they are. Ordered and paid twice in the summer/autumn 2023 and nothing. No tablets, no response. Silence! And they rely on people not pursuing them. I won’t. Neither will they get any more orders from me.

Ordered stilpane a cough syrup for the winter as it's just a pain getting it here with codeine a paid for dsvtracked they took my money wen a asked a week later said that was it just sent but can only send codeine untracked feels like a scam to say it got lost why did they take my money then

My Syndol tablets never arrived after nearly 3 months. I did get an answer from Jo at the UK branch who promised either a refund or replacement Syndol, However despite me emailing her 3 times this month to follow up her promise she will now refuse to answer me. Why is Zimseller allowed to trade in the UK? they are simply appalling to do business with. I have now lost my money and Syndol.

Huge choice of products at competitive prices. Items sent well packaged. Friendly staff - quick to respond to queries. Previous issues with delivery appears to have rectified.

Zimseller use the very unreliable South African postal service, therefor, don't expect to get your parcel. They also do not answer email queries. After chatting on WhatsApp, the person agreed to do a refund, however not full refund, unless I take a credit note. He then continued to tell me to remove my review from TrustPilot, also saying things like "I am blind with anger".

No professionalism, no service delivery and no products.

On a different note, their website states they are based in the UK, however products shipped from SA. Now he/she tells me that because the Pounds I paid was received in Rands, he pays is Rands again so I will only get what the conversion rate is at the time. Sorry, but your website prices are in Pounds, your site claims to be a UK based, you can pay the Pounds back. Also, they do not refund shipping costs.
