Would recommend this seller for certain products that are no longer sold in the UK. The products I purchased had a different name but the same ingredients, worked really well! Royal mail wouldn't deliver my 2nd order but I was refunded in full and advised of a different delivery option that did work. Received items and will definitely be using this company again! Shame on Royal mail!!

I would think delivery times might be improved
if they don't have problems with some carriers for the delivery of items.

Great service thank you. Requested an item to be delivered to the UK. I was dubious if it would ever arrive, not having much faith if post or parcels being sent from southern Africa actually arriving, but was pleasantly surprised that it did! Thank you.

Zimseller provides an excellent service especially for purchasing medications that are not always easy to obtain. They have shown prompt recent action to improve delivery options for customers. They provide an invaluable service.

Easy to order, quick tracked delivery. Product as advertised

Should be negative. Seller argumentative and obnoxious. No tracking number received. I lodged a complaint via PayPal. Seller stated I was damaging the company's reputation. Now I've cancelled via PayPal. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Twice tried ordering never got to me and takes ages to receive refund, pretty sure I'm being ignored

Read the reviews they speak volumes. Like me you may hit a brick wall when claiming a refund months after your goods fail to be delivered. Thankfully my bank stepped in and they helped me get my money back. I don’t know what the set up with this company is, some people claim they’ve received goods but many like myself didn’t receive a thing. I wouldn’t recommend using them.

If there was a negative star rating it would be -10, they are the most arrogant company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, ordered in July and it’s now October, zero customer service or accountability and just blame their offered delivery service, be warned, reading these other reviews it seems many other people have been duped into paying lots of money and not received their goods, disgusting company.

This firm needs to be shutdown ASAP they are constantly ripping people off with just the odd ones they send the goods to, I ordered syndol on the 1/6/23 still not got them £52 it’s October now, they are a vile firm and shouldn’t be trading.

I ordered Syndol from ZimSeller Pharmacy in June using the Post Office delivery option. The parcel was never delivered. I recently received a replacement via something called "DSV Untracked". Thank you ZimSeller for fulfilling your promise. I will recommend you to my friends.

SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. no refund and no delivery of products. Major issues with customer service

Made full payment 6 September. Order confirmation received same day. Delivery via courier 5-7 days. I have followed up with 5 emails to confirm shipping and anticipated delivery date with NO reply. Convinced this is a scam site.

I never received my order: no refund, no explanation, no response at all.
Apparently they put something obviously prohibited on the customs slip so that it is denied entry and returned to them, so they don’t actually have to sell anything.

Update: Placed my order 19 MAY 2023 and finally received it this week, November 🙈 The bank was very good at the dispute process and cancelling it now that I received the order. Customer service was non existent. They did respond to my message this week that started with, “Eyo”😉
Apparently there was a staffing problem and they are working on resolving issues.
Buy & keep patience.

Order not received and nobody is responding to my emails. They have my money though. Luckily I used by credit card so will stop the payment. Don't use.

Failed to deliver the ordered goods for months. Their "customer service" just stopped communicating with me. Requested a refund and no reply. Don't use them.
