I withdrew on a few occasions $1500 as that is the limit from what I see. 4 were declined and 1 was successful but I still haven’t received money in my account. Starting to worry this is a scam. Happy to take money but not put it in. I ended up losing the money I won waiting for the approval. Please let me know what is the go with this .

SCAM stay away

This company will spam you

This company keeps spamming my mobile with sms links. They refuse to do anything about it. I have contacted them multiple times and they spam with multiple different numbers. I have tried contacting them again today 14.2.25 on WhatsApp and they have blocked me. This reply is false. They don’t review or do anything. If I could post photos I could show all the screen shots and how rude they are.

They do pay out but it can be a wait

You need to be consistent because its very annoying not knowing how long it will take to get your money, its a good site no microgamming which sucks but still had some good wins there

Had a win of $1000, withdrew it, said it was successfully withdrawn, waited 5 working days, they said 3-4, then they said it’s a problem with my bank and can I send them a pdf file of my bank statement, so I did that, now it’s been over 20 days and they said their specialist team are deciding whether I can get my payment or not. Don’t go with this mob, I got suckered in by a random email claiming to be treasury casino, messages from them are not in correct English, had 6 different excuses now, believe the previous messages as they experienced the same as me, go with the best reviewed online casinos, not these, they’ll just steal your money.*Edit-After 1 month and pestering them every 2 nd day they finally credited my bank account with my withdrawal I made a month ago, shouldn’t be this hard to get what is rightfully yours, so I’m not changing my rating.. The same to be said by me. These people are thieves. You cannot withdraw your winnings if any. They baffle you with bul#$%it to make look and sound like it's your fault.
Stay away you are guaranteed to loose all the time.

Withdrawals repeatedly cancelled. Casino wants more money

I have tried to withdraw five times and the balance keeps reappearing into my account despite my withdrawal saying "successful"

Support told me I had entered my details incorrectly despite me having verified with a screenshot that they were correct.

I explained this to them and they changed their story to "your bank rejected the withdrawal".
Have never had this happen before, I used the same details I have used on other platforms which have always worked.

Staff then advised the only way forward was to withdraw via crypto but I needed to deposit more money in order to be able to do that.

I am giving up on my $1000. They wont get another dollar of my money.

You wait days before the withdrawal attempt fails, and support are extremely slow at replying and write contradictory statements. Sometimes it takes over 30 minutes before saying anything meaningful other than "we are checking, just a moment" ..Etc

Each staff member seems equally incompetent.

They will tell you to double check your details again and again and keep rejecting withdrawal.

DO NOT PLAY HERE.
