No issue taking your money but don’t give it back

So I joined up a few weeks ago did not start verification until a day and a half ago they state takes 24 hrs and it has been well over that now they reject my withdrawal and I can get no response via email I suspect it is a scam as they have no problem and you don’t have to be verified to deposit and lose money but you have to be verified to make a withdrawal yet they can’t be reached or make no attempts to verify you if anyone knows who I can contact to report this site please let me know because it is certainly not a site I would recommend anyone get on too many legit online casinos out there to get taken by a scam one. Bonuses are a joke

"Use of player account"). Withdrawals may be terminated until the account is fully verified. The notification about the verification was sent to your email address. The maximum time for verification is 24 hours, however, we are trying to check everything as soon as possible, and in your case, the documents were checked and accepted in less than 4 hours. Also, please, note that Zoome is a licensed casino, which is the guarantee of transparency of the platform, we are obligated to act according to the regulations.

Your first withdrawal request was paid from our side but declined because of technical issues at the processing center. Please, accept our sincere apologies for the issue. After the issue on the processing side was fixed, the funds were sent to your account, and the funds should reach your payment system within 7 business days.

As for the bonuses, we have a great Welcome package for the first 3 deposits (250% cash bonus + 250 FS), but to activate it, you need to add a bonus code and give permission to credit your account with bonuses automatically. They are THIEFS!!

They are THIEFS!!! Do not play in this Casino!!! I opened two profiles and I played with both. I lost all the money (more than 300 AUD) in one, made more than 1,08x AUD in the other. They did not approve any withdrawals until I verified my account. I provided all the documents they asked for. They rejected my Divers Licence saying it was in a white background. So I photographed it with another background. They wanted a selfie with my ID. Wanted a pic of my bank card, covering a few numbers. Proof of address etc. I provided everything. Then all of a sudden I could not log in and my balance of $1,08x disappeared. I contacted their Customer Service and was told I violated their Terms & Conditions. I sent them an e-mail saying I am taking them to Court and report them to the Police if I do not get all my money back. I do not have my hopes up.
