Good customer service, would use them again. The result was delivered next day, I dropped the test late afternoon the day before. Price not too expensive vs the market, although could be cheaper!
I changed the delivery address after making an order but it was delivered at the original address which caused a bit of confusion

These guys are fraudsters. Stay away from this company. I ordered both day2 and day 8 Covid tests in December, got charged and never heard from them.

I sent an email leaving my phone number and Assia called me quickly and was helpful. She is calling me back tomorrow.

Assia was very kind and answered all my questions. Very polite and helpful.

it's probably a scam, i ordered a day2 covid test, got charged and never received it. I called them and after a huge wait they say no refund is possible. Avoid them if you don't want to lose your money.

Scam
Ordered the test on the 28th Dec and it arrived on the 4th Jan.
Posted the test same day Tuesday 4th Dec, no results by Friday 7th December.
Emailed with no reply. Called and was on hold for 1 hour and 7 minutes until I got through to someone who was entirely unhelpful and couldn’t even confirm if my test had been delivered to the lab.
My partner posted his test from a different provider the same day as me and got results 2 days ago, so I know the postage wasn’t an issue.

Fiona was excellent in responding and helping me to resolve my issues. i never thought assisting someone to resolve issues via the phone could be this simple, easy and quick. Fiona did all three at once. From me five star for her.

To all those who say that the five star reviews are fake, NONSENSE. You can look me up on Facebook. I am real. I had excellent service. Leah, the lady on the email help desk, gave me her telephone number and quickly resolved my problem. I received my test results less than two hours after talking to her. Alan Ken Eddy

Fake 5 star reviews here. SCAM.
Police investigators have been informed. PCR results do not arrive from the dodgy fake "lab" they work with up north in Bradford. Calls always diverted in India. They say they get back to you with your refund but they don't. Emails don't get answered. Fails to tell me their registered business number. ( Doesn't exist!) You never end up speaking to anyone from this made up London address on Harley Street..
Shockingly this was on the governments approved list before being taken down!

They’ve exchanged my lateral flow test with a PCR free of charge in just one day when new restrictions came in place (beginning of December).
And the results came in 48h.

AVOID!
All positive reviews are fake. This is a scam test provider. They did not deliver results of 3 tests in 10 days after receiving them.
I requested the full refund and they sent me refund confirmation for 3 tests. The funny thing - only 1 amount was credited to my account.
They are not answering emails.
I plan to report them to authority.
I am very surprised to see paid positive reviews. The company is not working like they describe!
