I had a great experience with this company.
At last it feels refreshing to be able to pick up the phone and speak to a human voice!
Merh was very helpful and polite.
Great service. I received the tests at home the next day.
The cheapest tests I have seen.
It shows that some company really do care and do not take advantage of the situation to make more money.
I would definitely recommend them

01 Harley Street takes no interest in following up on tests with the laboratory they use for their arrival PCR test service. I am on day 4 still waiting for the test result. Their phone line is impossible to get through on, and all I get when using their help email is an automated response, suggesting I screwed up the form, the test, or the mailing of the package. Please don’t use this company if you need to get out of self-isolation on day three.

One word-slow! I sent the test on the Monday (a day 2 test) and I ended up chasing Harley Street for a result on the Friday, bearing in mind I had to self isolate until I received my negative result. I wouldn’t recommend or use again.

Send my test on the 8th of December today is 12th no email or text ! Call them multiple times, finally they said my results are in, and is negative, but still need to wait for confirmation email or text till next day, unprofessional company, the only positive think is the staff who really try the best for them customers.

Avoid at all costs. Sent our PCR tests on the 4th December, it is now the 11th December and still haven’t received the results.

Don’t waste your money.

I sent the test back on Monday 6th December. By Friday, I had still not heard anything, so e-mailed as instructed on the site. I received a reply from Mehr within the hour, asking for reference numbers, which I sent. I had heard nothing by Saturday morning so e-mailed again, somewhat grumpily. Mehr telephoned and said she'd done some more research and the result had been e-mailed to me early Wednesday morning. I searched both in box and junk box and there was nothing. Anyway, she then sent me the e-mail confirming I was negative, and asked for feedback for the firm. She was very helpful and polite and I appreciated being able to speak to someone on the phone, and her obvious effort to trace my result. It gave me more confidence in the company, rather than just e-mails or being ignored. I am not sure why I didn't get the original e-mail that was apparently sent. However, all has been sorted out, thanks to Mehr. I would be happy to use this company again because of being able to speak to someone helpful in case of problems - it is lack of response that generally annoys customers in these situations!

They received it on 7th December
It is now 10th December and been more than 72 hours as advertised. Called multiple times and everyone I spoke to would Tell me a different story every time.

Will defo be contacting the authorities about this company as they do not meet timescales and now I can not work as my employer will only take me back after I show negative pcr.

Also Monica and Emily lied through the teeth

will never order again from this provider. ordered 5 tests in total for my family. If you are hoping for 24-72hrs turnaround you will be disappointed. Had to chase repeatedly for test results and 3 out of 5 tests took over 4 days to get back! If you want to spend your entire holiday in quarantine then this company is for you!

Called the call centre multiple of times but every time I got through the staff hung up. Emailed twice finally Meher got back to me. She was great help but there was to much noise in the back ground and I could hear maybe a manager scolding staff in the back ground which is very unprofessional whilst your staff is on the phone to a customer. I am giving 5 stars for mehr but for the company it self I would not give 5 stars so thank you mehr

I needed urgent assistance regarding technical issues with registering my Day 2 PCR test kit. I messaged them via the 01HarleyStreet website and within an hour I have received a call by one of the team members, Mehr. She has been of great help to answer my questions and quick to find a solution to solve the problem. Thank you Mehr @01HarleyStreet.

I sent in an email query in regards to Pre-departure testing, I had a quick response by email from Mehr who then followed on with a phone call as I had further queries. Very helpful

Will at least give some stars because we did actually get our test results. But, trying to get hold of them to get answers on a delayed test is not easy. Tracking said they received our 2 tests at midday on Tuesday and didn't get our results until 15:30 on Thursday. But we only got this after 3 emails and 2 attempts at calling their number. When calling their number twice in a row I got to the front of the so called queue and then got hung up on with an error from their end. Really bad.

Had a question before making an order so asked it via the contact form. I then received a call from a private number which was actually Mehl from 01HarleyStreet. She's been really helpful and told answered all my queries.
I have now placed the order, I am expecting to receive it either tomorrow or over the weekend.
I'll definitely give another update on my experience about the reception of the tests and also about getting the results. Hoping these two steps will be as smooth as the first one.

Really bad company claim things that aren’t true waiting for my day 8 test results and it’s been 4 days. Horrendous customer service Leah is incompetent and they have a call centre in India. BEWARE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Was given support by MEHR, she helped me with my questions and my box which needed sending.

Very quick service, prompt delivery and they were quick to react will use them again!

Avoid this company at all cost, absolute shambles, after purchasing two day 2 covid test, waited for hours to receive confirmation email with ref number for locator form, it says on website to ring them if you don’t receive it in 5mins, after trying to get through to them for 6 hours I assumed it was a scam and ordered from elsewhere, then email finally came after 8 hours, contacted them for a refund as they messed me about and they wouldn’t refund, absolute joke of a company!!!!!

Mehr told me she started working for this company 2 days ago I was very impressed with her customer service and the way she went out of her way to help me was very kind of her. If ordering from this company would recommend you speak to her as she is very helpful. All the best to Mehr for her new job.

Booked day 2 and 8 PCR test yesterday for my arrival back here soon. Found the form a bit confusing and put the wrong departure date. Mehr called after having received my email and sorted it out. Hoping tests will arrive in time. Will leave another review at a later time when service has been delivered as expected.

Positive: Mehr rang me promptly in response to an email and resolved the query immediately
Negative: Website unclear whether testing kit was being posted or required collection (as labelled 'appointment' and with a timed slot), and no confirmation email of order received until I chased
