I was very impressed with the quick response time for both emails and phone calls. The assistant I spoke to Mehr was super attentive and patient. Being super helpful with my query. I would highly recommend this service!

My day 2 test kit went astray, the rest of my group got their negative results quickly. Was frustrated and emailed them, then a helpful lady called Mehr helped me and rung me. So hopefully I’ll get my results Very soon, waited 5 days so far 🤞🤞🤞

This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. I booked a day 2 & 8 test which was never received (apparently returned to sender as it was incorrectly addressed). Called the helpline number several times only to be told that they would ‘escalate and have someone call me back’. Someone did call back but weren’t able to follow through or help; 1-they said they would resend the test kits which were never sent and, 2-they wouldn’t be able to deliver the test kits in time for me to take the day 2 (even though I booked 5 business days in advance of needing the tests). I ended up going with another provider. This cannot be a Harley street clinic with such shoddy service. Don’t make the same mistake as me by going cheap and using this company.

I am very pleased to say they are very professional. I would personally like to thank Kimberly who helped me enormously during the maze of navigation. The kit arrived very much in time and the results came very soon - very good explanation on the leaflet too.
I booked my PCR test from India but made some mistakes and overpaid. Fortunately, I received the money back in my account too. Good and professional team. Keep it up.

Really poor service. Purchased day 2 and day 8 PCR tests in a bit of a panic when leaving Portugal to return to the UK hence failing to read the poor reviews for 01 Harley st. Tests arrived ok but I have had to chase the results for both tests. Day 2 results were confirmed over 48 hours after sending back in and only because of my chasing. Nearly a week on from sending my day 8 back I have nothing except an email responding to my chase up requesting a bunch of information that was already in the email thread. Really shoddy luckily I tested to release on day 5 with a better supplier or I don’t know what I would be doing.
As yet no refunds or apologies offered.

We have booked our day 2 PCR test from 01harley while we were out of the country after government guidelines has been changed from antigen test to PCR.
After we have arrived ,have done the PCR as per their instruction which was very clear .So we got the results within two days.
Customer service also great , quick answer and also the PCR price of 01harleystreet was half compared to other test providers.

We went on a family trip to England and needed extra fast service from the lab so we could fly back home. We received a personal, caring and excellent service from a representative named Annie!!
I am full of appreciation for her effort to help us !!! And she did very help.

Be very careful with this dodgy company, or probably even better to avoid at all costs. I paid £39 for a test that I never got results back for, and I took the test on the 26/11/21 after following the government guidelines on taking a day two covid test on my return back to the UK. What makes it even worst this company or back street lock up office/clinic was recommended on the gov.uk website for covid testing clinics. I followed up the test results and an Asian that I could barely understand answered the phone saying that there was a mix up with the lab and another department and I will get the results back by the end of today 02/12/21. Do you think that I got the results back? NO. This is by far the biggest scam by low lifes taking advantage and making money from the so called covid pandemic. The government threatens to fine people for not following protocols but fails to fine shoddy companies that are a bunch of con artist.

Government mandates for Day 2 changed after ordering my Lateral Flow test to the Day 2 PCR test as the requirement. I reached out to 01 Harley Street customer care via email and received a quick response by Annie whom not only arranged a Day 2 PCR test to sent to my address but also ensured that it was a free of charge upgrade. Definitely will be contacting 01 Harley Street again for my pre departure PCR test prior to my flight back to Canada.

What an amazing company! Unfortunately our tests were delivered whilst we were out of the country but not to our address as we weren’t there and I was unable to locate them. I contacted the company and Joseph phoned me very quickly. He sorted the whole problem out with ease in a very professional, friendly and sympathetic way. Thank you so much Joseph you have no idea what this meant to us. We are very grateful. You are an amazing representative for your company.

I spoke with Annie today and it was an absolute pleasure to finally speak to someone who understood with empathy and professionalism. Added bonus that their PCR tests are less than half price of the rest being offered elsewhere.

When phoning them, they play a fake recording claiming you are "caller number 6" waiting in line, only to hang up on you when it's finally your turn.

The reality is they will never pick up, because it's a pre-recorded message. We called with 3 different phones, each 30 seconds apart, and all messages claimed we were caller number 6. Scammers.

Thanks to Kimberly who saved me in the last 15 minutes before check in closed and sent my day 2 results in PDF or I wouldn’t have gotten on the flight.

Ordered a COVID testing kit on September but my flight was cancelled. Luckily, I’m still able to use the kit they sent me for my flight in December. Thanks to the person who assisted me!

Ordered and paid for 2 & 8 day test. An email confirmation should have been emailed with a number to put on the locator form. No email received (checked junk). Couldn't get through on 'phone which just says 'Call can't be completed as dialled' He tried several times and I tried twice on his behalf as he was having some difficulty. Very poor for a 24 hour helpline. Also very stressful when you're trying to get back to the UK and can't reach anyone. I emailed and to give the company it's due a lady rang me back after about 15 mins. She then re-sent the email and promised to call my son to make sure he was ok. She sent the email. Not sure if she did actually call him. I'm grateful for her help and her quick response to my email.

I sent an email to ask about options and process for me and my wife and child during an upcoming 5 day visit to London. Joseph was extremely helpful and provided excellent advice.

I called in for the issue I was having and I spoke to one of the senior team by the name of Anne and she was very helpful and dealt with my query.

The customer services are very rude I had my covid test done and they did not get back to me with a result. I complained about it the covid test after 15 days and they gave me the result. Of course at that time the result is not longer required. I asked them to pay me my money for the failed service they provided to me. I was completely ignored emailed them many times and no response. I had to take them to small claim court but I did not get a reply from them so far I believe they might get CCJ against their company.
