I paid £78.99 for Day 2 and 8 test kits. My results were never emailed, despite the website saying they email and text the results within 72 hours.

I am so shocked and appalled by this service. They supplied a web link that did not work to activate the kits. I activated them through the gov website instead. I received my day 2 test results on day eight. I was trying to call their number for over 2hrs per day. Got transferred to bad phone lines in India where the ladies were barely equipped to deal with any enquiries. Most times I would phone, wait on hold for around 30mins then when was 1st in cue, the line would cut out before I got through. If you read all the good reviews it is clear that this is made up with made up names. I agree with all the bad reviews. What a scam. Why cant these companies be regulated? Have we not all been through enough with Covid without the government forcing us to book tests after travel with companies that they are not regulating. I am mainly sad that I cannot trust the gov recommendations. If I cannot trust my own gov, where does that leave me? Shame on you Harley01.

I did ordered day 2 and 8 pcr tests. They haven't send me the results for any of the days. I did emailed them but nothing. Avoid them.

Paid for day 2 PCR tests. We duly sent them off and never got the results. I mean, this was 3 months ago so I guess we're negative? Bit late now though. Just a profit making scam.

No test results for day 2 on day 6 and now they say day 5 wil be within 48h in the lab which makes it day 8, what's the point. Increasingly looks like a scam.

Very bad service and worse customer care.

BEWARE!! Scam company! Used this Government Approved company for day 2 test. Came back positive even though I had tested over 5 days with LF tests all negative. Was so concerned had NHS test which also came back neg. Called this company to complain they said test was correct even though no way it could be, but to give them 2 dates and times to call me back NEVER DID. Called and emailed several times and was given different stories but promised Josef would call me back. I highly suspect this company is not on up and up. You call a Birmingham number but if you ask where they are they say Manchester. They just tell you anything to get you off phone, probably reading a script and if you ask them something they don't know they just go through their routine again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Was told i will get my day 2 result within 12 to 24 hours after it is delivered to lab, its more than 48 hours and now results and no one answering the phone either to get an update

I usually never leave negative reviews but people need to be aware of this company before making their choice.

I used their Day 2 service last week. All went well initially with confirmation and booking reference code from them being sent through for my PLF form and the test arriving at my address by the time I was home.

However on taking the test, the instructions were quite vague; asking me to 'insert the swab in both of my nostrils' only and not my mouth - was a bit strange seeing as most other tests have requested, also the instructions stated to 'place the swab in the sheath?' Very un-clear instructions on the process.

At the end of Day 4, I received an email saying that the test was inconclusive and could have been either mine or their error with the sample. In the email, next steps were also very vague; 'follow this link to the government website' which did not specify next steps either and that I should continue quarantining and go for a day 5 'test to release' which I wasn't because quarantine had not been a requirement on arrival from the country I had come from.

The company phone line was open till 10pm which looked promising so I phoned them for advice on next steps and after some attempts managed to get through to someone however she did not have the functionality to transfer to the correct department so she put me down for a callback from them, it is now Day 9 and I still have not heard back. I also emailed twice but have not yet heard back.

On speaking to 119 for advice on next steps, I was advised that the for travellers a clear test result is needed on return to the UK and the NHS testing sites are not licensed to do this so I needed to go private. given that it was Day 5 by this time and it was impossible to get a test on this day I have since purchased a Day 8 from another testing provider.

Overall very strange company, bad follow through and unclear test taking instructions - sheath?! I believe they mean testing tube. The company should not be listed on the government website as verified testers and is not to the standard of a prestigious name like 'Harley street'. Many lessons learnt here.

Terrible company, terrible customer service, they still owe for charging me and me not receiving the COVID-19 test. Contacted numerous times for a refund, was told to send an email with information, and the company ignores all of my messages. Highly recommend avoiding this company at all cost.

I would give 0 stars if possible! I ordered my day 2 test and the purchase went through immediately but my reference no. and confirmation didn't reach me for hours...When traveling we have a small window of time to fill out the forms or no wifi/computer access, I had to book a test elsewhere in order to fill out the PLF and wave my order with them goodbye due to their "strict refund policy". Not all people travel for holidays... Emergencies happen and the government has to stop endorsing companies that take advantage of the COVID situation.

Very bad. They do not process your test. They just take your money. I had to report them to the Omdusban and the Gov.Uk site

Absolutely awful. Tests all took far too long. My 8 day test arrived with them on 29 Sep as at today 11 Oct, still no result. Customer service useless, hung up on me then answered and played a message to me that the number wasn’t recognised. Totally unprofessional, no way of following up on any tests, utter cowboys. Do not use them.

I think this is a scam company, they took my money and said they didnt recieve it. Having to wait and dispute it with the bank as they wont return it. My bank say they have definately recieved the money. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

I purchased a day 2 and 8 test for my children's father who was coming over from Spain. It took 6 days to get the day 2 results back, it made us very anxious and less able to enjoy his visit. I called 3 times to find out what was going on and was given lame excuses about the weekend post, the results are supposed to be ready in 24 to 72 hours not 144 hours!
The day 8 results were thankfully on time but they got his name wrong, it would be very difficult to mistake a J for an M, this flaw could have potentially caused big problems for him if they had asked to see this document before travel.
Useless company. You would assume because they were on the government website that they would be legitimate. They should be removed from the website due to faulty practices.

This is my second BAD review of this company. They have still not delivered my 2nd day test ordered on Sept 14th. I have sent a few inquiries and have also asked a full refund and they are not doing anything. If you send them money, consider burying it in your back garden. They are not kosher.

They sent me the kit for 2,5 and 8.
one of the return envelopes was wrong, not the same lab. I kept on writing to them and calling them. They never sorted our the issue and never called me back and I'm already on day 9. So I had no other choice but to send the sample with the wrong envelop they provided me . Don't know what will happen. Very depressing period for me and they are very unprofessional and not trustworthy. I had sent my issue to NHS feed back.

I carried out my 8th day test on 1st September, having already had to enquire from both 01Harleystreet and the receiving laboratory for results from my 2nd day test...no spontaneous messages.
The lab by the way is not that mentioned in the contract.
I am STILL awaiting any message giving the result from my day 8 test...this is September 21st.
I invite you to make your own inferences.

Booked a day 2 home test with them, sent the swab back on Wednesday and tracked it to make sure it reached them on Thursday morning. Paid over £70 for this test. I rang them on Friday to check, no response for the first few times and then they answered to tell me to be patient and that it can take 72 hours. The website claims the lab is open 24 hours on all days but it's Monday, definitely over 72 hours and still have nothing from them.

Posted the Day 2 test on a Thurs. Had to call them the following Wed when I’d had no response. They then gave me the result a few hours later. All this for £88.99 (this was in mid-August; not sure if they’re cheaper now). Avoid!

No apology or accountability from this pretty abysmal company whatsoever.
