Excellent service. Marc went above and beyond to ensure that I received my order quickly.

Just had a Todd Ted floor fitted through the hall, kitchen, dining and back room and it looks fabulous! 123 Flooring were great throughout, making sure the new sub floor was completely dry before fitting, keeping us informed throughout. Our fitter Craig was a pleasure to have in the house the 8 days it took to fit, professional, knowledgeable and very tidy! Thank you 123 and Craig.

Excellent service at all stages

A local company that always delivers. Their choice of carpets is huge and our choice once fitted looks amazing. The workman was very nice and polite. We had stain-guarding and this was carried out again with precision and care.

We asked 123 flooring to come back and fit both a wooden floor and some carpets. As usual they did a great job on both which we are very pleased with. i would have no hesitation recommending them and will use them again in the future.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to 123 Flooring who replaced a faulty stair carpet for us - free of charge, even though it appeared to be a manufacturing fault and not the way the carpet had been fitted.
They took complete responsibility for the fault and agreed to replace the carpet without any reservations or hesitation.
I would therefore wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone else who is looking to buy a carpet or rug. I don't think you could find anyone better.

The fitters were expected between 9 and 10 am and turned up just gone 1 o'clock. We had worked hard emptying all three bedrooms and getting up the old carpets and underlay beforehand. When it came to fitting the second bedroom the man who had measured up beforehand had thought a small cupboard and matching drawer chest was fitted and the carpet came with a piece missing as they are both free standing pieces. The fitters did tell us and they said we could have another carpet but because we were in such a mess and wanted to get straight we settled for a join. We have never heard anything from the company as to how satisfied we are hence only two stars.

All good and I now have a lovely floor

I’ve just had an Amtico floor laid in my kitchen and breakfast room by 123 Floor. I am a worrier when having any work done in my house and both Rob and Charlie were very helpful and reassuring and Paul did a great job ensuring everything was put back in place and working before he left. Would thoroughly recommend.

Amazing service from start to finish - incredibly helpful in the shop and explained what we'd need for the different parts of the house. Arranged installation quickly and the fitters were fantastic - moved substantial bits of furniture without any bother and cleared up after themselves. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!

Got great service from the team at 123floor, from simple advice on how to navigate the ridiculous number of options available, to great fitting and lots of flexibility when we ran into project issues that caused last minute delays. Was really impressed start to finish, definitely would use again

Highly professional service all the way through the project. There was a very qualified team of people looking after us throughout our project. Good communication between the team members was very appreciated when our building works did not go according to plan having an impact on our flooring.
You can find cheaper out there, but the team's expertise and willingness to help is definitely worth the difference. I would definitely recommend 123floor.
