I have used 123floor for quite a few years and this occasion was just as good as previous ones. Charlie and Rob are polite, efficient and know their products extremely well. The fitters they employ have always been well trained, polite and very tidy, and have without exception always done a great job, happily moving furniture when needed and taking away old carpet afterwards. Totally satisfied.

Quick and very easy service. We had options for different floors and samples to look at. All the process was very smooth, from choosing the material to through the installation

The service was excellent from start to finish. They were able to suggest things that improved what we originally wanted - things like the height of screed to allow level access for a wheelchair. Our very specific dates were accommodated with minimal fuss. All staff were polite, professional and courteous. One employee made sure that the screed was laid particularly early, so that it would dry in time for evening use with a wheelchair. And our finished floor looks superb - we are pleased with it. A wholly positive experience.

Very knowledgable and good advice. We managed to get our carpets fitted within a couple of weeks of ordering which was great. Would recommend.

By far the best quality carpet I've ever had. I chose the Gemini range - Galaxy Grey for main bedroom. It looks amazing. Beautiful colour - a light grey/mink tone. Very soft to walk on. The fitter was very professional and outstanding service :)

From start to finish, 123 Flooring are highly professional throughout the whole process. From dropping round sample books, next day, to completing installation of tiled area & carpet in large games room took only 3 weeks working around my diary & other contractors.. Very competitive on price. Will use again without hesitation & I highly recommend.

Fantastic service from all the team. They have replaced our hall, landing and stairs and bedroom carpets in the last 18 months. They offer a really great range of carpets at competitive prices and are very trustworthy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

From start to finish my experience with 123floor was very positive. I had put off having a new carpet for years as it was for a large room with a lot of furniture.
The appointments made for measuring and fitting the carpet were kept on time (except for the fitting day when the fitter's van broke down and alternative arrangements had to be made, even so the work was completed on time). I was so relieved not to have to move the furniture! I am very happy with the carpet and very appreciative of the service from Charlie, Mark and Rob. Have already recommended your service to friends

The carpet was fitted a day late, which made it very tight on time for the floors to be polished. The guy to polish the floor was excellent.

I would DEFINITELY recommend 123 floors. The customer service from start to finish was amazing. Paul who fitted our floor is a credit to the company. Professional, polite and did a fantastic job. I would also recommend having an amtico floor cleaned and sealed. It gives a finished look as well as protecting the floor. Again the company who cleaned and sealed the floor was excellent.
