From our first interaction, Dale has been informative, responsive, personable, and a fantastic ambassador for Abax. We've had multiple interactions, including emails, video calls, and face-to-face meetings, and at every stage, Dale and the team have been quick to respond, consistently knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.
We're genuinely excited to have integrated Abax into our tool system and would highly recommend both the platform and the excellent support we received from Dale.

I would expect better interface to make user experience easier. Tracking old data in app is struggling and total data info like milage and working hours need improving.. and of the day data might be add fir each day..

Their invoices do not match what we have been charged but when you query this they do not give a satisfactory response or even one that makes sense. The hardware has been faulty and never replaced yet if not returned when cancelling the contract they want to charge £80 for each device! Daylight robbery for a whole contract! Avoid, the positive reviews are definitely fake!!!!!!

Luke Ives was very supportive and informative on how the tracker works and the set up of the App and website.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE SALES PITCH! The product is fine, no problems with that but the company itself is completely morally corrupt. What they tell you when they want you to buy bears no relation to what they tell you when you want to leave! We used the product for years and then decided it was no longer right for us so asked to cancel our contract. I had been told at point of sale that after the initial contract period (in our case 3 years) we would be free to leave with one months notice and nothing else to pay. Upon actually trying to leave we have been told that we cannot leave for ELEVEN MONTHS, and will then have to either return the trackers at our cost or pay over £160 on top of the nearly £400 of additional unwanted months. Having looked more into the company they set debt collectors on people after just a couple of missed payments (at which point the additional fees charged by the debt collectors can be roughly equivalent to the amount owed to Abax). They claim ignorance of how the product was sold by their own salesmen and could not care less about the customer. If I knew they were like this I would NEVER NEVER have signed a contract with them. RUN A MILE and go with another company that will treat you like a human being.

The ABAX tracking system is brilliant. I work for an offshore wind farm and it has allowed us to track our tools offshore with a high level of accuracy. The price is fair and their customer service is great. We asked them to mark on their map the location of our wind turbines and they did it for every turbine. They will dispatch more trackers to you with next day delivery and they constantly monitor the health of their devices. Overall very impressed and a well build system.

The trackers work great and very reliable to the extent we had a customer chasing where our engineer was.. We were able to check on the tracker and advise they'd been on site for last 30 minutes. Customer support has been great and the customer dashboard/portal works really well.

The geofencing feature is brilliant – it gives us real-time visibility of where our engineers are, which helps us stay organised, especially in busy city areas. It’s not about micromanaging; it’s about ensuring everyone’s on the same page and delivering the best service to our customers.
I have to say, the system has saved us more than once – including the time we found a van parked on a crowded London street after an engineer forgot where they left it.
I don’t know who runs ABAX, but as a small customer, I’ve always felt valued. Their support is responsive, and the system just works without any hassle.
