I will never ever set foot at your establishment ever again! You’re a waste of time and your service is thirdworld. Your are a liar and a con artist. I will be doing business with Wise or Worldremit and if I need physical money transfer I’ll go to Thomas Exchange, The Post Office or my bank. No need to come to you where good treatment depends on whims of the guy behind the counter. I took my business across the road because you felt like you can charge me whatever you want regardless of the initial agreement for the online rate. If people are smart, they’ll be using well established digital FX like Wise or open a free FX accounts with their banks to benefit from interbank exchange rates. Your business is a dying relict that’s why you feel the need to treat customers the way you do. I despise liars like you.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Lady at the counter was so unhelpful and seemed very confused about if we’re buying or selling and card or cash and resulted in us having to come back 3 times. Would not recommend based on service.
