Just moved into house with gas heating for 40 years Ace Energy came serviced the boiler and got me up and running. Minor problem with using controller came back explained it all to me. Polite efficient.

I have used Ace a few times now and find them very efficient and reliable. The electrical jobs are always done to a high standard and the engineer, Hugo, is very respectful, friendly and always on the time specified. Excellent job as usual.

Great experience dealing with Ace Energy. Nicola has been so helpful and is extremely knowledgeable about all of the products. She has helped us with our radiator choices and we’ve had a really good experience all round. Thank you!

Outstanding service. Our boiler broke down on a Friday and we were expecting to have to endure a weekend without heating or hot water. However your engineer came that day and was extremely helpful. He managed to obtain and fit a new circuit board and get it working the same day

Quick turnaround from the time of booking. Easy to deal with and no problems.

Only downside was the job took a lot longer than we were anticipating so had to rearrange some plans. Maybe my fault for not reading the ‘small print’ .

Does what it says on the tin. Booked the visit efficiently on the phone, good comms around when the guy would turn up, turned up at the allotted time, diagnosed the problem then came back and sorted it a few days later. Quick, efficient, accurate and the guy that came to do the work knew what he was doing, was professional and a nice guy too.

Had a leaking pipe from kitchen taps.Bought some replacement taps. Rang Ace who arranged an appointment in a days time. Plumber arrived on time and although it was a nightmare of a job removing the old taps, he did it within a short period and replaced them with the new taps. I’ve used Ace now a few times and the best part is always receiving an appointment within an acceptable time period and they turn up. Unlike many firms who don’t respond or don’t turn up. Great service.

On time and good warning before arriving

What a good idea having a shop front. I took down their details and the excellent experience started from there. Very professional and efficient. Bev and her colleague were great electricians and carried out the work brilliantly, and really nice people too. Highly recommend.

My Boiler broke down on the Monday morning and I contacted Ace Energy. They sent Liam out that very same day. Liam is a very polite and helpful young man who knew exactly what had happened and explained in detail, offering me lots of options. Unfortunately the boiler was damaged beyond repair. I had a new boiler replaced and fitted within 48 hours on the Wednesday.
Liam was very respectful,kind and considerate and very professional. He returned on the Friday to make sure everything was running how it should.
I’m so happy with the service we spoke about other updates that would improve the heating system in the future.
I highly recommend Ace Energy Bath and felt the whole stressful situation was handled professionally giving me faith that I will definitely use this company in the future.

Back garden lighting not working properly and not fixed.

A very positive experience with Ace Energy, who helped me out at short notice at this typically very busy time of the year. The lady in the office was pleasant and helpful, and the engineer attending was personable, thorough, informative and efficient. I will certainly use Ace again, and based on my experience, would certainly recommend them.

Bev was brilliant. She arrived a bit early - which was perfect for me. She saw my electricity problem and sorted it out completley and efficiently. She was really professional but also fun and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!!
