From the very start booking the call out was a great experience, they always pick up the phone and the call is answered with a friendly tone.

i had to re-arrange the booking as i became unavailable and this was done without any issues

the visit was great. the engineer arrived promptly after a text reminder and was courteous and pleasant thought out the visit.

When all the other plumbers were too busy to answer the phone, or worked banker hours, Ace has always been there to help me out of a plumbing emergency! They have fixed complicated plumbing issues that nobody else could figure out. And...they always answer the phone! Even after 5 pm. They have a really nice helpful lady who's on top of her game. This is the best plumbing company in Bath, bar none.
I had a service contract with a large boiler company. When I had no hot water, when I called them, all I got was a recording. So much for the monthly charge for 'service'. I called Ace after hours and they were able to get me on their schedule and took care of the issue straight away. Always professional, always done right!
