I can’t recommend A1 Conveyancing highly enough, and in particular Hollie and Grace, who recently handled two house sales for me.

From start to finish, Hollie and Grace were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly responsive, keeping me informed at every stage and explaining everything clearly. Managing one sale can be stressful enough, but handling two at the same time was made completely manageable thanks to their organisation, attention to detail, and calm, reassuring approach.

I wasn’t too sure how things would go as I didn’t feel 100% confident with the first solicitor who spoke to me but after a couple of days I was informed she was no longer there and Catherine took over my account. From that point on the service was exceptional, couldn’t recommend highly enough

Hollie was excellent in keeping us updated and guiding us through the whole house selling experience. We liked the online form filling as it was easy to see what we had done and what was still outstanding. I found this company really poor, and so so slow, for a simple cash purchase with both parties using the same conveyancing company how on earth did it take over 5 months to go through.
I passed on everything they asked for by hand within 24 hours of them requesting it,yet when asked about the delay by the estate agent they blamed me, even on the day of completion they requested a bank statement, which I'd already gave them, only to find it was already there on the top of my file.
I will certainly not be ever using this company again and if anyone is thinking of using them please avoid Mrs Jane Hilton she seems to be out of the office more than she's in it.. very poor...
