DON’T LIE TO CLIENTS …
Unfortunately I have had to add another review in regards to the disgusting behaviour that I have experienced with this company. Instead of trying to resolve my complaint and move forward their actions were being defended without research or investigation. They were not willing to refund monies paid and blamed me for their shortcoming’s which led me to threaten dispute with my bank provider. All information was provided accordingly and on time. Don’t be fooled and stay well away

Excellent Moving Experience
Emma has offered a huge amount of support throughout the entire process. When we stumbled upon some fairly big complications, she was able to keep things moving with the sellers solicitors, and ultimately ensure that we were able to complete on the date we originally specified. A huge thank you to Emma and the team.

AMAZING!!!!!
We used AConveyancing for our move which completed last week (March 2021).
We were extremely happy with Heena who worked tirelessly to ensure our house sale and purchase was dealt with efficiently, with very little issues along the way. Heena made sure that everything was done perfectly and in a timely fashion, she truly is fantastic at her job and I can't fault her in the way that she dealt with us, how she transitioned our purchase and sale from beginning to end and how she kept us updated. I would definitely use AConveyancing again and would request Heena to run our case for us without a doubt.

Very disappointing experience with Aconveyancing
Very disappointing experience with Aconveyancing a bit like dealing with Ryan Air, attractive quote but with hidden extras along the way, very basic with correspondence, print all your own stationery yourself etc.
I only agreed to use Aconveyancing as I was assured by them that all work would be dealt with from their Solihull office, however it soon became obvious that the Solihull office was only staffed by one person on a part time basis, when leaving legal documents at the Solihull office I had to leave them with other none related businesses in the same building.
The conveyancing work was dealt with by young staff at their Tamworth office making life difficult.
I would NOT use or recommend Aconveyancing to anyone looking for a conveyancing firm in the Solihull area.
