Experts in creating delays. We are the buyers of a property being sold using this company and for 4 months all they have achieved is to ignore all parties involved, including their own client despite daily chases. Even when the issue was escalated we were ignore for weeks. If you can get through to these people on the phone there's always 'the dog ate my homework' types of excuses. On the day of completion after taking their money they suddenly decided that a crucial document was missing and delayed the process even further. To say they are the experts in conveyancing and property law is an utter scandal.

We found them very easy to get hold of, good at getting back to me if they did miss a call. I thought that overall the process of buying and selling a house very simple!

We appointed Aconveyancing to handle a very complex purchase of a freehold and headleasehold. As this was an equity release case study, Natalie Moore's practice was one of the only registered conveyancing solicitors to deal with this. I requested the personal expertise of Natalie to handle this case and she was very good and empathetic to the complicated and often stressful nature of the case. Natalie was like a dog with a bone and in my opinion, fundamental in drawing this to a conclusion after 18 months of needless delays.

I'd use Natalie again and anyone looking to purchase their full title I'd say, it's not for the feint hearted but Natalie Moore can guide you through it.
