Great company, I have purchased a few items from them, they have been very patient and helpful with helping me choose the product that was right for me.

I had really high hopes for these ear plugs seeing as I was shelling out a lot of money for them and they would be moulded for my ears. Sadly, I'm really disappointed. The material is pretty hard and once inserted they block out only some noise and you can hear them in your ear if you move your head. Also, if you sleep on your side, they start to hurt your ears. In fact, I've slept worse with them in. My cheap foam ear plugs were so much better, they stayed put, were comfortable and blocked out every noise. Think twice about buying these.

Great product and easy to order direct from ACS.

I ordered a pair of custom-molded earplugs for sleeping and was really impressed with the whole process. After paying for the voucher online, I quickly found a nearby place to have my ear impressions taken. About 4–5 weeks later, the earplugs arrived. They’re very comfortable, come with a handy case, and do an excellent job of blocking out the last bit of noise. I was so pleased with them that I’ve already ordered a pair of PRO earplugs specifically for motorbike use.

Took longer than advertised to be delivered, website should say 20 working days.

This is the second time that I have used ACS custom earplugs. I wanted the sleep earplugs and when I received them they fitted very well and certainly did the job to exclude most of the exterior sounds which meant that I got a better night sleep.
The process for fitting the ear plugs initially was good, I used boots and received my new earplugs within five weeks. I would recommend this company.

ACS service back up when I had an issue with my IEM’s of my own making was simply exceptional. They could not have done any more to get me back up and running. Good job, I now hate playing shows without my ACS in-ears, they’re that good!

First thing they do is taking your money. After the ear impressions are taken, there’s a 3/4 weeks wait for the ear plugs to arrive. In my case, the ear plugs keep falling off during sleep and don’t block enough noise out. I contacted them for trying to sort out the issue and they said it will take at least two weeks or longer for repair. No refund is given.
The statement that shocked me the most is, I copy and paste their email: “Go to bed tonight, and stick your fingers into your ears, this cuts out about 30 - 33 db of noise which is about the equivalent of wearing our SleepSounds, give or take a few db”
What a joke.
Save your money, disposable ear plugs do the same job for much less money, or pick another brand.

I ordered custom ear plugs from ACS including a set of different filters. Later I also ordered custom swimming ear plugs.

The process of having the moulds made was easy, the turn-around at ACS fairly quick.

But most of all the earplugs themselves have been excellent in terms of fit and function.

I use them to reduce exposure to loud sounds in pubs and other noisy gatherings, and also at music concerts. The different filters work well in different settings (less strong for pubs etc, stronger for concerts) and they have enabled me to enjoy evenings out I would otherwise avoid for fear of further damaging my hearing.

Would not hesitate to use again or recommend.

I was super excited when I ordered my Pro17 custom earplugs to Doha, Qatar with additional PRO26 filters. The process was simple, specially with the help of Simon Travis who guided me on the process of ordering it to the Middle East and kept me updated with the delivery times. The earplugs are extremely comfortable, and the seal and material feels great, I tried them with my headphones on and they were barely noticeable.
A huge thank you to ACS, Simon and their team for the craftsmanship.

Best ear protectors out there... Not cheap but perfect for a working musician

Bought via Simon in Dubai, UAE, with the impression taken easily and quickly. Sent off to the UK and in hand within a few weeks. You cannot put a price on hearing protection especially if you start noticing ringing, so if you ride bikes these are an absolute must. The wind noise is eliminated and the engine can still be heard so you are aware of your surroundings still, amazing product and highly recommended. Special thanks to Simon for the VIP treatment! Keep up the amazing work.

Great customer service, quick turn around, brilliant quality

ACS were fantastic when I recently purchased a pair of their Evolve IEMs (the ambient model). I dealt with Andy and he really helped me to make the decision with which ones to choose by taking the time to talk me through all the options and which would be the most suitable for my personal situation. I have to say they sound great and are really comfortable to wear - thanks again for the excellent service! :)
