This was my 2nd pair of ear plugs bought in case I lost the first pair. Ordering was simple and easy and the plugs arrived in good time.

Getting the ear plugs took 5 weeks but they were worth the wait; they fit snugly and music sounds as good as wearing no hearing protection so I truly hope they are actually blocking the right level of noise to stop my tinnitus from getting any worse! (I went for the mid range option, the one for DJs etc)

Took a few goes with ear plugs to get used to them but work amazing and pretty comfortable

The whole process was seamless and the difference in noise reduction is massive compared with my previously used over the counter plugs.
Fit is great as would be expected, well worth the money.

Best earplugs I’ve ever used. I bought a set of custom pro 17s and they sent me a voucher to get my ear impressions included with the cost, and when they came about 4 weeks later, they fit perfectly. Also, I found the included grips very useful when removing them from my ears.

Used my custom fit earplugs at a gig for the first time this evening.

What a revelation. Your Pacato are head and shoulders above anything else I used ...... until tonight.

They were a present, and I wouldn't have spent that amount, but now I would.

Ear plugs block out only a little of the sounds around me while I am sleeping, and fall out fairly easily from my ears - as well as feeling uncomfortable while in my left ear after just a few hours.

Great service, easy to get all the bits needed. The only problem for me was the 20 working days stretched out to another week from when I expected them.
Can't fault the comms received and product quality

Fit well, and comfortable. Quieter than off the shelf earplugs, and more secure. I have the quietest earplugs, and they do a pretty good job. I have a road helmet, and whilst wearing this, they are do filter out most of the unwanted noise. However, in my adv helmet the wind noise is still significant.
Not cheap, and delivery was about 5 weeks, but I should have bought these years ago!

I had an issue with my iems. They rapidly diagnosed the problem and fixed them quickly so I wasn’t without them for very long. I also thought the price of fixing the drivers was really quite inexpensive.

Had earplugs made - cheaper than I expected, easier than I expected to get moulds done and work much better than expected. Can’t recommend highly enough. Just need to factor in a 6 week wait time. Would be even better if this could be reduced a bit.

Pleased with the earplugs and good customer service. Would have been 5 stars but took several weeks to come.

Would def buy again.

Great product, supplied quickly!

As a metal musician who is constantly headbanging and running around on stage, these earplugs fit so well and the sound dampening is perfect, no slip.

I had a deadline to meet and ACS took the time to hear my request and ensure that my products arrived in time for the deadline where I would need them.

Overall an impressive level of service and the sound quality is extrememly good.
