My customer service rep was amazing

My customer service rep was amazing! The third party delivery company was late in delivering my items and a few of them were now critical. Sam not only followed up the delivery company but made sure that she had a back up plan to ensure the critical items were recieved that day. Absolutely turned what could've been a real disappointing experience where I was contemplating not using them again to restore faith in the GOOD OLD FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERVICE

We have been loyal customers if ADS for many years
I needed to return product and swap for another product.
I was advised there was a restocking fee which I felt was not appropriate. I returned the product and sourced the product elsewhere
Sometimes I think you need to check customer loyalty before applying fees
Not likely to continue to buy or recommend ADS

Thankyou for your feedback.We introduced a nominal fee due to rising admin/freight costs.We offer to pick up all goods incorrectly ordered or faulty goods within our drivers range to save clients the inconvenience of them having to courier or use their own staff.Their is a cost and associated admin costs putting that stock back on the shelf raising credits etc.In some cases we have to return goods back to a supplier interstate where we incur their restocking fees and also interstate freight costs which can often cost way more than the $12.00 charge which is why we have been forced to introduce a charge if goods are returned to client error.We do not charge if goods are faulty
