Best customer service I've ever had the pleasure of having.The lady i had was extremely nice also extremely professional, she really made the rest of my better.

I am a old customer and tried to started my loan online but was having alot of problems and kept getting errors! I called the girl in Mentor office her name is Heather and she told me to come in that she would be happy to help me in the store after trying to first help me on the phone. Im glad I choose to go there because she was just so sweet! I listened to her treat everyone so nice when she was working with them! It was my turn and she did such a good job taking care of me! Please pass on to her how wonderful she is and how I will be returning!
