My experience with Adv America as…
My experience with Adv America as always been great. I enjoy the staff, simply friendly and know how to deal with each customer differently base on needs and the personality of that customer. That takes true personal skills. The only thing I don’t like, when they have an auditor comes and interrupts the representative while dealing with a customers financial needs, Either deal with one representative that will not have any customers relations for that day.

This company is amazing
This company is amazing! Their installment loan process is so easy and I love that they withdraw payments every two weeks makes it easier for me to pay them back other companies want a large lump sum paid back which makes it harder to pay back. When I paid if my loan with them and got another one I was able to get an increase. The staff on Mentor Ave in Mentor/Painesville Ohio are very nice, extremely helpful and very customer oriented. Thank you Advance America!

The ladies (Jamie and Kelly) are just amazing at the Mentor, Ohio branch. I have been going to them for years and they are always so helpful and friendly and they always work great with me and my husband if we run into a problem. I would recommend them to anyone.
