I have no idea how I ended up paying this company almost £60 because I had never heard of them until I saw it on my bank statement, the chat function was not very helpful, I was told they will not issue a refund but have said they have initiated the cancellation of my subscription. How could I have signed up for something I had never heard of.

Update!
I have contacted them via the email they suggested, and still no answers, same old lies and no real answers. Upshot I'm still £50 down thanks to these crooks! Avoid at all costs!
Update 2.
I have now been contacted by a bloke called Scott who has issued a full refund to resolve this issue. Scott was professional and acted with a positive attitude throughout, thankyou.

Scam company! They will charge you €6 to cancel membership!
By the way, I didn't even subscribe to your VIP membership. It was a scam advertising that lead me to a form which I filled up my info.
