Company keep missing their collections

Company keep missing their collections, resulting myself running out space to put the trash. Does not matter how many calls you make to them, they can not do their job properly. Incompetent company that will not have my contract renewed.

Stay away from them.

Comedy Store....But not Funny

Our green waste bin was last emptied on November 27th. Left it out twice since. Not emptied yet. It's full.
So, I've made the call(s). Spoke to 3 different people. Each told me it would be emptied. That didn't work.
Butt, we got a new brand new brown bin delivered to us.
I think I am supposed to fill this with letters of complaint which will be total mush by the time it's emptied.
So, I cancelled the DD and switched to Mr Binman. I will now sell their bins on ebay.

Know what you're signing up for

Price is the only reason I've stuck with AES. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and their collection calendar/text notifications doesn't even mention when the glass bins get collected. When I moved house, they informed me my bins would be moved for me. After 3 weeks and countless calls (including hours waiting on hold) "my bins" finally arrived. AES supplied new bins after they insisted on moving my old bins. You would think this wouldn't be a problem but a few days later they delivered my old bins. AES then wouldn't collect the waste from the new bins which had been filled from the accumulation of our move. I then had to ring them again to ask them sort themselves out and pick a set of bins. Took around 4 weeks to sort the mess they made. Afraid to ring them up in case I get an ulcer from listening to their nonsense.

As organised as a pub fight at 2am

Used them for a year and a half in Carlow and they were "ok". The Website was terrible, looks and feels like someone's nephew ("who is good at those computers") made it in his spare time. The pickup schedule never worked, so I had to hope I got the right time for pickup by observing other AES bins placement, like a stalker.
Then I moved from Carlow to Naas and called them to cancel the service, this went well but didnt say anything about giving a refund for the upfront payment. Now in the new place in Naas, saw that they were still the cheapest and called to have the service put in place here. They proposed that instead of canceling in Carlow we could move the service to Naas, to which I said ok. In about a week, I got 4 bins (general, recycling, bio and glass). After a while I noticed I was not getting the text notifications that I was promised. Then the garbage started piling up so I just left the bins out when the others did, so they can pick them up. They didn't take my garbage for a couple of cycles. Tried logging in to the AES award winning web page, didn't work, no account it says??. Tried calling a couple of times, 20-30 minutes on hold, didn't get through, hung up. Took my garbage to the local landfill site for 10€. About a week later my glass bin was taken, just disappeared. Called again and got through after barely 25 mins. Turns out, they cancelled my service after transferring it to Naas. I've asked If I'm going to get my money back for the time wasted, get the "have to ask my supervisor" answer and then no feedback. The service got reinstated and some of the garbage started being taken away. Even getting text messages now and can log onto the terrible page. No glass bin as of yet and it's been 2 months. Guess if I'm paying the full price for all of this time? Yea. Avoid these people. If I had a bigger car, I'd just take all my trash to the landfill.

Awefull experience from the first month.

They brought us bins in more then 10 days.
They forgot glass bin.
They brought glass bin more then 2 weeks later.
They forgot to collect compost bin, and tell that we need to wait for next collection date in 2 weeks, because they forgot to add to the schedule.
They forgot to collect compost bin again 2 weeks later, and, looks like, not going to collect it out of schedule (2 more weeks, 5 weeks in total full compost bin will stink us?).
All that happened with us during the first month.
Their support can not really help. They don`t even call back as promised.
