I had a very specific request when arranging insurance for my working dog, and the service I received from Agria was outstanding.
I was contacted almost immediately and was able to explain my requirements in detail to a real person, which made such a difference. The following day, I received a response confirming that all of my needs could be accommodated.
Being able to speak to someone who took the time to listen and understand my situation was invaluable. Sadly, I can't remember her name as this was a few months ago, but she was absolutely incredible: knowledgeable, patient and genuinely helpful.
I'm very grateful for such excellent customer service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Agria.

Excellent help when taking out a policy, I know have 3 dogs covered. Great value, my vet was very pleased to hear I had gone to Agria, they find the company so easy to deal with, as do I.

Really easy to set up pet insurance for…
Really easy to set up pet insurance for my service dog. There’s a comprehensive range of options for cover, I arranged a telephone callback so that I could have a bespoke policy. The associate was very helpful and didn’t rush me to make decisions . I’d done some research around which companies would offer the best service and Agria won, hands down, non of the others had comprehensive public liability for my dog whilst he is training. I’m very happy with the policy I chose.

Michelle and Robert were both very bubbly and kind and sensitive towards what was a difficult conversation to have after the theft of my puppy and also swiftly helping me amend the policy of my other dog.
