Anti-Slip ladies socks
Having searched extensively on the Internet for anti-slip socks for my wife, I eventually selected Aids 4 Mobility because of the range available and clarity of illustrations. I have to comment, though, that the information on sizes and colours was very confused and not clear at all but when I emailed for help that was promply answered and clarified. However, I do feel the website needs to be reviewed and upgraded for that specific issue to eliminate confusion and anomalies.
After placing my order, which was a simple process, the 'paperwork' then followed very rapidly, as did the carrier/tracking information with the actual delivery being within the projected timescale.
Overall and apart from my remarks about the website, it was totally satisfactory transaction and I would not hesitate to consider Aids 4 Mobilty for any future requirements.

Slightly disappointed
Having eventually found the small locking clip which was lying at the bottom of the plastic bag, I'm a little disappointed with the quad stick as I thought it would be a bit sturdier - it fell over 3 times in the garden. However I've decided to keep it as I need it for my bad balance.

I am very pleased with my upright…
I am very pleased with my upright walker. The only downsides, which couldn’t be avoided, were I am unable to put the walker together so I had to pay for it to be done. The other was I couldn’t see the product in a shop and had to trust the information you print. However the walker is a great help. Went to large shop and managed to take my time and browse without pain. Thank you. Eileen Conroy

I have not received my goods yet. The dispatch was fast but the carrier DPD did not deliver today as organised, despite giving explicit delivery instructions. They are letting the company down.
