Polite and respectful installation team. Their work was clean and tidy.

Fantastic service from both Neil during the sales process and Jose and Shane on the fitting. Fitters were super neat and efficient and helped our electrician with the wiring for the external plugs.

Neil and the team did a great job advising and installing two air con units.
They gave expert advise on planning, and have knowledgeable and professional engineers on installation. They left the area clean and tidy when they finished the job.

I have been a customer of Airconditioning Direct for over 4 years, I had previously purchased multiple mobile units but now decided to install a Daikin Split Unit. The customer service was exceptionally exquisite, the engineering team that installed the unit were very polite and did a fantastic job and cleaned all the drill dust and tidied up my garden. I was totally overwhelmed. I 100% recommend Airconditioning Direct.

The two engineers who were to carry out the servicing of our aircon units arrived on time, were polite, correct and efficient.
They used clean dust-sheets and left everything as they found it.
The units are working very well following their visit.

I looked around at many A/C units and decided that the BLU 09 was by far the best unit for the price. I ordered this A/C from this company as they are a specialist A/C company and have been around for many years. The service I received was impeccable and they delivered the unit the very next day. I would highly recommend using this company to purchase this A/C unit. I have tested the unit out and its every bit as good as I hoped. This unit is is keeping me as cool as a cucumber, unlike some other units the noise levels are very low, its a quality item and I am sure it will give me many years of staying cool. I decided to purchase mine before those hot summer days arrived, so I am now looking forward to the hot days and nights knowing I have it all sorted. On arriving in my office/mini data-centre one morning last week and finding the temperatures at 28degC I urgently needed to find an industrial 24x7 air cooling solution to replace my failed "high-street shop" units.
I came across George's Air Conditioning / Air Conditioning Direct and could see a single unit that looked like it would easily do the job for a reasonable hire price.
I was able to speak with someone to discuss its suitability, costs and ordering. After a few emails to confirm company details I was able to hire the unit.
It arrived next day precisely on time (they did offer same day too). It was installed easily enough and within 24 hours the environmental temperatures were right back down to where they should be, and I was able to bin the existing two "high-street" units and several other fans I had scattered around.
Great communications, customer service and even the 3rd party delivery guy was a pleasure to deal with.

Thank you for coming to the rescue! We were let down by a hire from a different company who turned up with beaten-up unit that barely worked. We turned to George's / Airconditioningdirect, and the whole process was simple, fast and efficient, Most importantly however, was the reassurance that we were dealing with experts, who take care of each machine. It arrived on-time, looking clean and well-serviced, and of course it worked perfectly. Extending the hire period has also been smooth and easy, with a good relationship now having been established. Highly recommended.

Excellent service throughout. From the initial enquiry to fully installed took only 4 weeks. The guys who came to install were very courteous, keeping us updated, answering all our questions and left the room clean when they had finished. Would recommend highly.
