Bad service not recommended

Tried to call 30 min before drop off arrival, no answer, went to leave answer phone message but was full. Upon airport arrival, repeated attempts to contact them, took 1 hr to drop car off. Same up on return. Awful service, very poor. Not a great start to my journey at all.

Disgusting is small word

Disgusting is small word

I dropped my car off with them, and when I picked it up, I immediately noticed several serious issues:

The dashboard had been tampered with –settings of the car being played with.

All my coins and loose change were missing.

I had vehicle documents inside, and I now suspect copies may have been taken.

Most importantly, I was able to see my car unmoved , they kept on lying, called them as asked after the baggage pick up they took 1 hr 30 mins to bring car leaving us stranded in cold. No apologies. The car was unclean and lots of mud mark on the car and in the driving seat area.

Absolutely disgusting I trusted them to look after my vehicle, and instead I got it back feeling unsecure and let down. Stay far away from this company.

Trusted Partners That Can't Be Trusted - Heathrow Valet Parking

Our experience was at Heathrow Terminal 4. Airport Parking Deals claim to work with TRUSTED PARTNERS. Unfortunately HEATHROW VALET PARKING aren't one of them judging by our experience. On Saturday 18th October 2025 we waited for our car for 40 minutes and when it arrived we noticed that the petrol tank flap was open. I pointed this out to the driver who whilst asking us about our holiday just shut it and then left. When we got in the car there was a strong smell of fish which was so bad that we had to drive home with the windows down. We also realised that the car had been driven at least 130 miles whilst 'parked up'. When we got home we had to throw away the old sleeping bag that we use for trips to the tip as this was the main source of the smell. In the boot was a container of antibacterial food probe wipes. We suspect that our car was used to transport food. I contacted HEATHROW VALET PARKING but got no response. Some days later I contacted Airport Parking Deals who claim to normally respond within 24 hours but may be very busy dealing with complaints as we haven't had a response from them yet. It would appear that their vetting process for TRUSTED PARTNERS needs some revision. Here is my advice when using any Meet & Greet.
1. Take a photo of your mileage and also write it down on a piece of paper and leave it on the passenger seat.
2. Don't leave anything with your address in the car - check your insurance certificate.
3. Don't leave your house keys in the car.

Good luck. Hopefully we won't get any speeding or parking tickets.

TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE!

As approaching the airport we called 30 mins before as asked, they informed us we were 45 mins early and the kill some time, then recieved a call to after the 45 mins to say they could not collect our car as airport parking deals had not paid them for 2 weeks and he would text me new payment details, he did this being what seemed his personal bank account! He said airport parking deals would refund my original payment, which they haven’t, I tried to call the office number no answer. All a total shambles, so I booked with another company so that I would have an email receipt for our car, being Heathrow meet and greet, who were also terrible and made us anxiously late for our flight and then informed us on collection there was no collection date for the date we had booked and then hung up, I called back to be told they were looking for our key, which was a good few minutes of looking, all so stressful be careful of both companies.

I have always used Purple parking & Maple parking. I made the mistake of booking with this company! On the way out my departure when calling them as advised half an hour before arriving to the airport, I was told that my car would not be collected as I had booked an hour extra, which I couldn’t understand as I was paying for that hour and was allowed to turn up any time as long as I gave him 30 minutes to pick the car up.
Upon arrival to collect my car, I waited over 40 minutes when I was advised during departure that the time that I have booked on the system is the time that my car would be at the car Park or somebody to collect it, which I knew was not the case.
If you want a hassle, free travel do not book with this company pay the extra 5 to 15 pounds so you do not have to wait and stress

Very Stressful and Expensive

We booked parking meet and greet at Heathrow, we selected the option that looked best with Heathrow Premium Parking. When we called in as instructed 30 minutes away from Heathrow we were told that Heathrow Premium parking no longer dealt with the third party company that had taken the money because they kept too much of a share so we didn’t have a valid booking! They did say they would charge us the full amount direct if we wanted to rebook directly with them which sounded like a scam. We then called Heathrow parking direct and booked and paid for long term parking - massive stress and considerably out of pocket! We will report this as fraud.

Do not use this company, they are crooks

Do not use this company. The driver of their Meet and Greet did not turn up and we nearly missed our flight. First they said they did not have our booking. Then they said due to traffic they wouldn’t send a driver and someone would be there at the airport. No one was there. We waited 30 minutes and then nearly missed our flight. I was forced to pay £300 to another company to take my car. They haven’t even reimbursed me for the parking. They haven’t even responded to my emails. It is now becoming a legal matter. Do not use this company.

We provided our flights details but the provider of the parking charged is an extra £25 as they claimed the times were wrong. We gave the flight code, so this could've easily been avoided. Also the price said it was £7 for the entry and exit fee, which sounded as if this was a one off fee. In fact it was £10 to get in and then another £10 to get out. I would advise using LDN Stansted official parking, avoid this at all costs. The agent from the provider (SMG VALUE PLUS - MEET AND GREET) also had no idea about the meet and greet service when we called after landing, had to argue it with them before they realised their mistake. Avoid these too.

This company is 100% dodgy.

This company is 100% dodgy.

The dashboard had been tampered with – panels were clearly disturbed.

All my coins and loose change were missing.

I had vehicle documents inside, and I now suspect copies may have been taken.

Most importantly, based on what I found, I strongly believe my car was driven without permission while it was supposed to be in their care.

This is completely unacceptable. I trusted them to look after my vehicle, and instead I got it back feeling violated and unsecured. Stay far away from this company.

Avoid this company!

Avoid this company at all costs.

First, after calling to inform us about the drop-off, they suddenly changed their instructions, telling us not to go to the parking lot but directly to the airport’s short-stay area. That was already suspicious.

Then, we had to wait over 45 minutes for the driver to collect our car. We paid him £12 for the airport parking fee (both for drop-off and pick-up).

On our return, after calling to inform them that we were waiting at the designated spot, we had to wait another 45 minutes for the driver to finally bring our car back. On top of that, we were forced to pay for airport parking again, even though we had already paid for it earlier.

Dishonest company. I do not recommend it!

Facilitate scam company

Used these to book meet and great at T5 Heathrow recently. The actual company they contracted is a scam company (see Heathrow Genius Parking Ltd) and on complaining I’ve received the generic auto response from a customer service centre in India, and that’s it. No further responses and no way of claiming my £89 or even the £230 I had to pay on the spot to an alternative, reputable company.

Steer clear of Airportparkingdeals

Steer clear of Airportparkingdeals! I have spoken to the Police and the Consumer Advice helpline, about how 409 miles were added to our mileometer. We used Heathrow Terminal 2 and recorded the condition of our car and the mileage before we left the car with them. Since our return, the company have not responded to any texts or calls about our complaint. We are taking the matter forwards according to Consumer Rights 2015 Act, but save yourselves the hassle!

Scratched our car up bad

We went to pick the car up and they had smashed the front up. It's an old farm with lots of random places to park a car. They've scratched all the front left hand side up. We've sent them an email and called a number of times and they are just ignoring us. Stay away from theese cowboys.

The extra chrages add up…

Add the car park drop off a pick up fees. Another £12 at LHR. Still had to wait 15 mins for car on return. Not that good value. Got mail to review and led to 404 error on their site

Driver was dripping in urine

Driver dripping in urine!
Absolutely awful - I will never use again and have a meeting booked with someone from Watch Dog to discuss.

Booked for 7 days...
When I arrived, I was greeted by an older gentleman on level 4 of the multi-storey car park at terminal 3, Heathrow airport. The gentleman in question was wearing filthy closed, with fresh urine dripping from his crotch on his jeans. With fear of missing my flight, and having already paid for parking, I had no choice other than to hand my keys over to him, and saw him get in my car and drive off.

Furthermore, when I collected my car, I called ahead, when arriving at baggage collection to be grunted at by the person at the other end.
My baggage was delayed and then I had to call the number provided when I arrived at the multi-storey car park to be told that my car was still 10 minutes away.
20 minutes later, my car finally arrived, absolutely filthy, outside, and with what only can be described as muddy clay, all over the foot well, pedals and the inside of the drivers door.

This is not acceptable. Firstly to have a man who had freshly soiled himself, get in my car and drive it for however long it took to drive to your car park, having to wait with no communication after travelling for 18 hours, and then to receive my car back in the filthy state that I did, does not warrant the fee I paid for you to look after my car, nor does it mean that I should have to purchase disinfectant wipes, at the airport, to clean my car seat after a member of your team sat in my car.

Furthermore, only when I was half way home, during a 4 hour trip, did I notice that my dash cam had been unplugged. The dash cam is provided for my family's safety, and to have it unplugged by yourselves is disgusting. Tampering with my property and equipment is, quite frankly, wrong. This also raises queries as to why it was tampered with, what were you trying to hide?

It’s now going to cost me upwards of £97 to have my car cleaned professionally, plus having my seats treated, with no cost taken into consideration for our safety that was compromised driving back without a dash cam attached after it has been tampered with.

I've also discovered that my windscreen washers have 'burned' out and around £12 in coins have been stolen.

I have emailed both Kangaroo Parking and also Airport Parking Deals but surprise surprise, have had no response.
